The development of modern science and technology in the world is getting faster and faster,and informationization and intelligence have gradually become the research content that all countries attach importance to.The weapons and equipment of various countries have undergone tremendous changes,especially in modern wars.Weapons and ammunition on the battlefield are getting more and more lethal,and the accuracy of strikes is getting more and more precise.Two-dimensional correction technology can reduce the cost of weapons and ammunition and improve strike accuracy.Therefore,countries around the world attach more and more importance to two-dimensional correction technology.In order to further study the two-dimensional correction technology,this paper studies the two-dimensional correction method and the application of ballistic simulation analysis technology,and focuses on the development of a permanent magnet motor that can provide sufficient torque and speed to match.According to the rotation force of the steering gear The control scheme of permanent magnet motor is given.An experimental platform was set up,and the encoder was used to calculate the rotation angle and rotation speed of the permanent magnet motor.The feasibility of the permanent magnet motor was verified through experimental data,and a two-dimensional correction control strategy was proposed.This paper mainly designs and controls the permanent magnet motor.The permanent magnet motor is the core driving component of the two-dimensional correction.The rotation angle and speed of the permanent magnet motor directly determine the correction effect of the two-dimensional correction trajectory.This paper analyzes the structure,speed and torque of a permanent magnet motor by developing a two-dimensional modified permanent magnet motor suitable for high dynamics.Adopt SPWM to realize the control of permanent magnet motor,analyze the components and main working characteristics of the drive system,and build a permanent magnet motor drive circuit.Develop an encoder that can be used under high dynamics,and solve the motor speed and rotation angle to achieve closed-loop control of the permanent magnet motor.According to the two-dimensional correction of the ballistic yaw degree and the repair control instructions,through the information calculated by the GPS positioning system and the geomagnetic sensor,the control motor can reach the predetermined rotation angle and rotation speed,and a permanent magnet motor turn-off control scheme suitable for the two-dimensional correction is prepared.The control program algorithm is researched and tested.According to the measured data,it shows that a good control effect is achieved,which is suitable for two-dimensional modified control,and provides an effective theoretical basis for the subsequent two-dimensional modified shot target test.
