In order to study the anti-penetration performance of reinforced concrete target plate,this paper uses AUTODYN finite element simulation software to simulate and analyze the process of projectile penetrating reinforced concrete target plate,chooses 100 mm armour-piercing blasting projectile as penetrating body,chooses 2000 mm×2000 mm×300 mm reinforced concrete target plate as penetrating object,and uses proe model to build the penetration model.The software establishes the geometric model of projectile and reinforced concrete target plate and carries out simulation calculation.In this paper,the research methods of penetration are discussed,the mechanical properties of concrete materials are summarized,the constitutive model of concrete materials is described,the role of reinforcement in concrete target slabs is expounded,and three methods of building reinforced concrete models are analyzed.The process of projectile penetrating reinforced concrete target plate with impact velocities of 500 m/s,800 m/s and 1000 m/s is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the greater the impact velocity of projectile,the more serious the damage to the target plate,and the shorter the time it takes for the projectile to complete the process of penetrating the target.The numerical simulation results show that the bigger the impact angle of the projectile is,the more prone it is to bounce.The projectile can hit the mesh of steel bar,a steel bar or the intersection of steel bar.According to these three projectile impact points,numerical simulation is carried out to analyze the impact of projectile impact point on the penetration process.The results show that the projectile can consume more kinetic energy when it hits the intersection of two steel bars;by changing the diameter of steel bar and the intersection of steel bars,the projectile can also hit the intersection of two steel bars.The reinforcement spacing is used to change the reinforcement ratio of reinforced concrete target plate.The influence of reinforcement ratio on the anti-penetration performance of target plate is analyzed by the residual velocity of projectile and the damage nephogram of target plate.The results show that the reinforcement ratio has a great influence on the anti-penetration performance of target plate in a certain range.Two layers of reinforcement are arranged in the target plate to ensure the reinforcement of target plate.When the ratio is the same,the steel bars are arranged into four layers,and the anti-penetration performance of the target plates in these two cases is analyzed.The results can provide reference for practical application.The range test of projectile penetrating reinforced concrete target plate is carried out,and the test results are in good agreement with the simulation results.
