It is a way for all countries to solve the energy crisis to explore the alternative energy of petroleum.On the premise of decreasing global oil reserves,natural gas is valued by the industry for its high calorific value and abundant reserves.As the understanding of the global environmental protection consciousness to strengthen and deepen constantly,the environmental protection laws and regulations are also constantly improve and progress,fuel efficiency and atmospheric pollution more and more attentiom In this context,Marine natural gas/diesel dual fuel engines have been developed at home and abroad,especially the ministry of transport of China has certain policy support for such dual fuel engine ships.There will be two trends for environment-friendly ships.One is the large-scale hull,wihich can increase the tonnage of a single transport and reduce the cost of shipping.The other is the replacement of pure diesel fuel natural gas engine,both to save transportation costs and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.In recent years,environment-friendly ships will become the key to the growth of global shipbuilding industry.The shipping amount is becoming more and more powerful and drives the dual fuel engine research and development of technology by leaps and bounds.It can not only reduce the dependence of diesel engine on the increasingly tight liquid petroleum fuel,but also inprove the fuel economy of diesel engine and reduce the pollutibn emissioaThis paper takes"zzi chai" Z8170ZLCZ/S type Marine dual-fuel engine as the research object.Based on the research of the prototype and additional parts design,the introduction of gas control system,research and development of intrinsically safe dual fuel engine.Distribution in each part ofthe body of the sensor,to real-time monitor the running status of the dual fuel engine.Using above the body equipped with gas,gas injection-valve,gas rail gas hose equipment such as gas supply system.Through the man-machine interface and the button on the control box to monitor and operatng the enginerunning.The designed natural gas inlet pipe is of double-wall structure,which can meet the technical requirements of this type.Under the condition that the engine power output is not affected,the diesel oil can be saved,and the safe,stable,efficient and energy-saving operation of the dual-fuel operation mode of the engine can be realized.On the premise of keeping all the basic structures ofthe prototype unchanged.a set of natural gas supply system and control system were added on the top of the engine after some parts were modified.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the dual fuel engine,the research history and development of dual fuel engine at home and abroad,and puts forward several problems to be solved in this paper;Then it introduces the key technology of developing the intrinsically safe type of quasi-internal mixed multi-point sequential injection dual-fuel engine and the design structure of the natural gas supply system.Interpretation of the basic principle of gas engine;Based on the dual fuel engine control system including related hardware;The dual fuel engine control strategy;Finally,the bench test and the test data analysis,the final test conclusions.
