Abstract/Summary:
The increasingly stricter of the IMO Tier III ship emission regulation calls for higher technical requirements of marine diesel engine.As parts of intelligent diesel,electronic fuel injection,electronic controlled cylinder lubrication and electronic controlled exhaust valve all play a role in improving combustion,reducing fuel consumption and emissions of diesel engine.Domestic marine diesel engine electronic control technology research is far behind other country.The development of single-cylinder test bench,and the research on electronic fuel injection,electronic controlled cylinder lubrication,electronic controlled exhaust valve contribute to promoting the development of our marine diesel engine electronic control technology,which has theoretical and significant engineering application research value.In this paper,single-cylinder integrated performance test bench based on fuel injection,cylinder lubrication,exhaust valve,with its monitoring system were developed,which were used on a low-speed marine diesel engine.Optimization and experimental validation of the monitoring system were also been done.Research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)By analyzing structure characteristics and working principle of marine diesel engine’s fuel injection system,cylinder lubrication system and exhaust valve system,the overall scheme of single-cylinder test bench was designed.Also,specific design and analysis of the components of the mechanical hydraulic system were carried out.The calculation and selection of the key hardware equipment of the test bench was completed.(2)According to the demand analysis of three electronic control system,carried out analysis of signal synchronization,sampling parameters and test point selection comprehensively and systematically,completed sensor and acquisition equipment selection.The selected sensors and acquisition equipment,which can meet all the performance and installation requirements like synchronization exactly.(3)Based on NI CompactRIO,a measure&control system of single-cylinder test bench was developed modularly.Measure&control system which have capabilities of signal display,data storage,data redisplay,data analysis and meets the demands ofresearch on fuel injection system,cylinder lubrication system and exhaust valve system.(4)In the sight of user’s convenient and software memory management features,Measure&control system has been improved and optimized on both performance and function,which turns out more effectively.Designed progressive experiment to validate data transmission integrity and module function of measure&control system.The results show that the measure&control system play well as expected on both data transmission integrity and module function.
