With global energy shortages and increasingly prominent environmental issues,the development of low-carbon and energy-efficient electric vehicles is an important measure to meet this challenge.In recent years,electric vehicles have become an important component of China's automobile industry.As a main component of pure electric vehicle drive system,the powertrain has an important impact on the overall performance level of electric vehicles.In the process of design and development of electric vehicles,the establishment of powertrain test system to carry out relevant performance tests is of great significance for shortening the development cycle of electric vehicles and saving development costs.Therefore,according to the relevant test requirements of pure electric powertrain,this paper has carried out meticulous research work on the powertrain test system,designed and developed the mechanical system,electrical system and communication control system.This paper mainly studies the following contents:Firstly,this paper analyzes the structure of electric vehicle powertrain.According to the test requirements of electric vehicle powertrain test and the advantages and disadvantages of different test schemes,combined with the research on common DC bus technology,the overall test plan of energy feedback test bench is proposed.Complete the design of the test system structural plan and electrical plan.Secondly,the selection and design of the mechanical system,electrical system,electrical circuit and related test hardware of the powertrain test bench are carried out.In terms of mechanical system,the design of the support parts of the test bench and the connecting parts of the transmission part were designed.In the electrical system,the control of the variable frequency drive system of the dynamometer motor was designed by hardware matching of the motor and analog power supply.The unit,the rectifier unit and the inverter unit are designed for electrical circuits related to the electrical system.Thirdly,the communication connection of the measurement and control part of the test system was established.The TIA portal software was used to configure the communication connection between the PLC and the inverter,and the communication control program of the PLC to the variable frequency drive system was developed.The binding between LabVIEW and PLC variables is realized by OPC technology,and the communication connection between the upper computer and the lower computer is established.In LabVIEW,the communication connection between the host computer and the test instrument system and the power drive system is established through the VISA node and the related underlying software.Finally,the installation and operation of the powertrain test system designed and built is carried out,and the load and efficiency test of a certain type of pure electric vehicle powertrain are carried out.Through the comparative analysis of the test results,the test system runs stably and the control precision is satisfied.Test requirements,the test results are good.
