As the construction projects in xinjiang desert region growing,the demand for sand and sand-fixation technology also greatly increased.This article first to the local production of blast furnace slag as main ingredient,with fly ash,burnt clay as auxiliary materials,adding alkali excitation agent was an ideal of slag powder soil firming agent,Then use of slag powder curing agent for curing from GuErBanTongGuTe desert in the desert soil,the curing of desert soil mechanics performance and durability,The main research results are as follows:?1?Curing ages respectively through the test of slag powder mortar 3 d,7 d,14 d and 28 d compressive strength to the optimization of alkaline excitation agent type,Comparative study of different alkali excitation agent,such as Ca?OH?2?NaOH?Na2CO3?NaOH+Na2SiO3?NaOH+CaSO4·2H2O?NaOH+Ca?OH?2,the stimulating effect on the activity of slag powder.The results showed that the slag powder mortars with different alkali-activators have different 28 d compressive strength:NaOH or NaOH+CaSO4·2H2O have the highest one;Ca?OH?2?NaOH+Na2SiO3?NaOH+Ca?OH?2 have the medium one,and Na2CO3 nearly has none.?2?Through orthogonal experiment,with 28 d compressive strength as the assessment index,select a set of ideal ratio of slag powder soil firming agent,the slag powder:fly ash:alkali excitation agent=82%:10%:8%,Under the water cement ratio 0.45 slag powder slurry preparation by curing age is 28 d compressive strength is 37.1 MPa.And extreme difference analysis and variance analysis under the different dosage of fly ash,alkali excitation agent and burnt clay influence on slag powder mortar strength,The results showed that:In order to ensure the early strength of slag powder mortar,should be less mixing fly ash;Alkali excitation agent content of slag powder mortar plays a role of promoting strength;Should not be in the slag powder mortar mixed with clay.Finally select three groups of slag powder mortar for electron microscope scanning observation of its internal micro structure and hydration products.?3?Decodes of slag powder curing agent consolidation test was carried out on the desert soil samples,Through the compaction test and unconfined compressive strength test,optimizing content of slag powder curing agent and the optimum moisture content,The experimental results show that:In moisture content of slag powder curing agent content is 14%,10%,the stabilized soil can reach maximum dry density of 2.09 g/cm3,the specimen curing age is 28 d of unconfined compressive strength of 6.31 MPa.?4?Experimental study by dry-wet cycle test and antifreeze slag powder curing agent curing the durable performance of the desert soil,the result shows that:After nine dry-wet circulation solidified soil specimen surface have no obvious crack,fall off,change,mass loss rate is less than 2%,the strength loss rate is 28%;After nine times freeze-thaw cycle solidified soil specimen surface have no obvious change such as crack,fall off,mass loss rate is less than 2%,the strength loss rate was19.4%.
