| This thesis gives a detailed analysis of the knowledge of the soil curing agent with an emphasis on the formula and performance of an organic-and- inorganic composite soil agent as well as its use in the road construction of a mine. This kind of curing agent is made of tens of kinds of organic and inorganic materials based on the orthogonal test and the consideration of each material performance, its cost and best component proportioning. Its principle of solidification is particularly illustrated in this thesis.The soil curing agent is a material specially used in civil engineering which can help improve the technical performance of the soil. The author analyzes the theory of solidification of the curing agent. The composite dispersing agent is used to send out the water and gas of the soil particles and the excitant is also used to excite the potential activity of the coal flyash and the soil for ensuring the improved strength of the solidified soil. Then, the inorganic gelled material is used for inserting the elastic emulsion of various particle size into the space of the soil, which can improve the quality of the solidified soil in terms of toughness, hardness and shock strength. Numerous tests were performed to analyze the mixing amount of the curing agent, the clearage strength, resilience modulus, storage period as well as the ideal amount of water contained in the soil. The organic-and- inorganic composite soil agent can be applied to soil of different kinds. Because of its strength, endurance, easy operation and low cost, it can be widely used in road construction, environment protection project, soil conservation, and water saving irrigation.In this thesis, the use of the soil curing agent in the road construction of Feicheng Mine is also introduced. The practice shows clearly that the use of the curing agent in the road construction can help save money, time and resources. Its wide use will mean good economic and social benefits.
