| As a traditional industry in China,the construction industry has developed rapidly in the process of urbanization in recent years.It has become a pillar industry of the national economy,but at the same time it faces enormous challenges,mainly characterized by high consumption,high emissions and low efficiency.Any technological innovation in the construction industry will bring huge economic,social and environmental benefits.In the past,we have witnessed the development and popularization of CAD technology in the industry,injected new vitality into the traditional construction industry,and changed the traditional engineering design method.It is a great revolution in the construction industry technology.However,due to the traditional production management methods,the design,construction and operation and maintenance phases are separated from each other,resulting in a large amount of information loss and duplication of work.As a new information integration management technology,BIM technology has been rapidly promoted and developed since 2002 when Autodesk has presented it to the world.It has made it possible to promote the upgrading of the construction industry and the transformation of production methods.At present,the development of various types of BIM software is fast and mature,but the BIM project is not working well.The independent work of each stage makes the central database of BIM model not widely concerned,and it is difficult for each participant to achieve synergy in the true sense.In view of the shortage of information in the process of implementation of traditional construction projects,such as the one-way flow of information in the design-construction-operation and maintenance phases,and the lack of communication among the participants,the collaborative management platform of construction projects based on BIM technology can help to improve the current situation.The BIM collaborative platform provides an online information sharing environment for all participants.Through this platform,the collaborative work efficiency of each stage of the construction project and among the participants can be improved effectively.However,BIM collaborative platform is still in the development stage,there are many types of products on the market,but its application has not yet matured,and it needs further development and perfection.Whether the user needs are fully considered is the key to successful product development.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the demand-satisfaction of users in the market.Based on the analysis of collaborative management,BIM technology theory and traditional BIM application architecture,this paper took the BIM collaborative platform as the research object,and analyzed the basic architecture of BIM collaborative platform,based on the analysis of collaborative management,BIM technology theory and traditional BIM application architecture.After summarizing the advantages and the development status and characteristics of the current typical BIM collaborative platform,from the point of view of users,26 kinds of user requirements of the BIM collaborative platform were determined,and the KANO model was introduced to classify and analyze these user requirements items.Understanding the user’s perception of use and willingness to accept it.Using the improved rough number method and KANO model to carry on the weight analysis to each requirement item,quantified the user demand intensity degree,carried on the importance order to each user demand item,In order to understand the influence of each requirement item on the user satisfaction level of the BIM collaborative platform,the user requirements of the BIM collaborative platform were systematically analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions for the product improvement direction of the BIM collaborative platform are put forward. |
