With the rapid development of computer technology and the Internet,the current pattern of technological innovation is undergoing a huge change.The user-centered and people-oriented design concept is getting more and more attention,and user experience has gradually become the driving factor of innovative design.This paper establishes a systematic analysis model for user experience needs,studies the intelligent design method driven by user experience needs from the aspects of data collection,mining,analysis and design mapping of experience needs,and promotes the open innovation of products.Firstly,the concept of user experience requirements is defined,and a multi-dimensional systematic analysis model is established.(1)Establish the user experience demand characteristic model,and analyze how the user experience demand is generated and its interaction with the product and environment from the three aspects of timeliness,interaction and perception;(2)Build a hierarchical model of user experience design and conduct hierarchical analysis of experience elements;(3)Establish a user experience demand-design process model,and form a standardized and identifiable parameter network mapping system based on the research framework of mapping experience requirements to product parameters.Secondly,in view of the high dimension and fuzzy characteristics of user experience requirements,this paper studies the data collection and classification analysis method of user experience requirements based on UEC(user experience content).The analysis framework of user experience demand model based on UEC and Kano model was established.Text mining and statistical methods were used to collect the data of users’ online comments in the word-of-mouth section of "Autohome" website.By setting "experience keywords" to extract and separate UGC(user-generated content),the UEC thesaurus was obtained.Then,based on the Kano model,the indicators of UEC are mapped to the basic demand,charismatic demand and experiential demand,and the indicators of various vehicle types are classified to get the hierarchical attributive results of demand.Finally,the product index system is established,the word frequency of the first-level indicators divided by the Kano model is counted,the second-level indicators are generated,and the product satisfaction improvement strategy is proposed.Finally,aiming at the rapid realization of experience requirements,the mapping process model of user experience requirements design is established.Based on the experience demand data,the relationship between the review texts is analyzed,the requirements decomposition rules are formulated,and the requirements are disassembled into experience demand elements to complete the modular processing of the requirements.Then,knowledge graph was established based on automobile product data,which was used as a method to mine,organize,store and display product information,and the modular construction of knowledge was completed.Through the semantic similarity algorithm,the experience requirement element is mapped to the automotive product knowledge graph,and the design parameters obtained after the mapping are adjusted and modified to adapt to the user’s personalized experience needs.Through the above research,this paper establishes a user experience demand model comprehensively,and forms an intelligent method system of user experience demand collection,analysis and mapping with UEC as the entry point.The method proposed in this paper can help enterprises understand users’ experience needs for different competing products,and the above model and method are verified through automobile case study.
