Tube truss structure has been widely used in large-span space structure because of its simplicity and beauty.The calculation of space tube truss structure has become mature.However,due to the division of design work,the calculation and design of tube truss structure and the design of the lower main structure are often carried out separately by the steel structure company and the design institute,and are empty.The integral calculation of the tubular truss structure and the lower steel frame structure can not be realized by the common structural calculation software(such as PKPM,YJK,etc.)in the design institute.At present,the main method of the design institute is to apply the part of the tubular truss to the top of the column as a concentrated load.This method only corresponds to the load and does not take into account the contribution of pipe truss structure to the overall stiffness of the structure.In this paper,the equivalent stiffness method of space pipe truss roof is studied based on the background of Tai'an Tourism Distribution Center.The structure is analyzed and calculated by MIDAS finite element analysis software.The main work is as follows:1.By comparing the integral model with the equivalent load model,it is proved that there are structural hidden dangers and waste of resources in the traditional design institute's treatment of pipe truss roof.The importance of cooperative work theory is expounded.2.The cross-section analysis of the inverted triangle pipe truss is carried out theoretically,and the basic assumption of the equivalent stiffness formula of the single-span pipe truss is put forward.Based on the knowledge of material mechanics,the equivalent stiffness formula of the single-span pipe truss is deduced.Influencing factors and determining the range of influencing factors.3.The equivalent stiffness formula of single-span pipe truss is extended to the use of the whole model.The equivalent stiffness model and the whole model are established according tothe formula.The applicability of the equivalent stiffness formula of pipe truss is verified by using the calculation parameters such as the period,lateral stiffness and displacement of the MIDAS finite element analysis software under wind load,earthquake conditions.The analysis shows that the displacement calculation results of the equivalent model under the wind load condition have reference value,and the calculation results of the equivalent model under the earthquake condition should be relaxed according to the structural limit value,and the reasons for the above results are analyzed.The results of this paper can provide a reliable equivalent design method of inverted triangular tube truss for the designers of frame main structure design.The stiffness contribution of tube truss structure in the whole structure can be reasonably considered.It has a more accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis for the equivalent model and has a higher reference value.Use and promote value.Because there are many types of steel space pipe truss,this paper only studies the inverted triangle three-pipe space pipe truss,and other forms of pipe truss need to be further analyzed according to the equivalent stiffness theory.
