As China's economic development enters a new normal,industrial upgrading has become an important force driving China's stable economic growth and economic restructuring.In the context of the current conversion of old and new kinetic energy,traditional industries continue to transform into new industries,and industrial space is also facing optimization.As an important economic growth point for small and medium-sized cities,industrial parks have an important impact on industrial upgrading.This paper takes the small and medium-sized city industrial park as the research object.By summarizing the research progress of industrial parks at home and abroad and the status quo and problems of the industrial space of industrial parks in small and medium-sized cities.Constructing two-level industrial space optimization system of "industry-park" from two dimensions of enterprise production demand and enterprise staff space demand.Industrial space optimization system.Taking the Ningjin County Industrial Park as an empirical study,it summarizes the development status and problems of the industrial space of the industrial park,optimizes the spatial layout of the industry and the park,and proposes the industrial space optimization strategy.The full text is divided into three parts,which are the basic research,system construction and empirical research.The first part is the research on the industrial space of industrial parks in small and medium-sized cities.This paper summarizes the relevant theories of industrial parks,summarizes related researches at home and abroad,and analyzes the status quo and problems of industrial space in industrial parks of small and medium-sized cities based on some cases.The second part is to construct an industrial space optimization system for industrial parks in small and medium-sized cities.Taking the space demand of the industry and the space use needs of the employees as the research ideas,the spatial elements of the system are summarized,and the twospatial levels of the industry and the park are analyzed from three aspects: optimization goal,factor organization and layout optimization.The third part is an empirical study of the industrial space of Ningjin County Industrial Park.Introduce the general situation of Ningjin County and industrial development,and summarize the status quo and problems of industrial space from the two levels of the park and industry.According to the survey statistics,the industrial space of the furniture manufacturing,fitness equipment industry and elevator manufacturing industry is analyzed and optimized from the production needs of the industry and the needs of enterprise employees.At the same time,the layout of the park space is optimized according to the demand.Finally,the optimization strategy of industrial space in Ningjin County Industrial Park is proposed.According to the research,first,most industrial parks in small and medium-sized cities are mainly productive enterprises,and the spatial distribution is scattered and there is no obvious functional division.Secondly,from the two dimensions of enterprise production demand and employee use demand,the four spatial elements of the industry and the six spatial elements of the park are constructed,and the industry has a “ parallel organization-single core-multicore-network” organizational structure and The “group-type-street-comprehensive”space layout,while the park has “composite units” and “group-tandem-integrated” spatial layout.Thirdly,through the case analysis of Ningjin County Industrial Park,the space optimization plan is proposed from the industry and park levels.The furniture industry focuses on perfecting R&D,exhibition sales,leisure and communication space to form a street layout mode;Improve the space for research and development of space,leisure and communication,and form a group-type layout mode;the focus of the fitness equipment industry is to improve the supporting residential and leisure space to form a group-type layout mode;the park level is based on the optimization of industry space,focusing on improving living,ecological and production.Commercial service facilities.Finally,for the entire Ningjin County Industrial Park,an industrial space optimization strategy related to industry production,staff demand and sustainable development was proposed.The biggest innovation of the thesis is to propose a new perspective of production-oriented spatial optimization objectives for the characteristics of industrial parks in small and medium-sized cities,and to build two “industry-parks” from the two dimensions of productiondemand and employee demand.Hierarchical industrial space optimization system.However,because the space optimization of industrial parks in small and medium-sized cities is a complex system engineering,the system constructed cannot include all types of enterprises in the park,and the industrial optimization plans and strategies need to be further tested and summarized.
