Watermelon is mainly plated in greenhouse in the Middle of Shandong Province.The flowering period of watermelon in greenhouse is mostly in April.On the one hand,because of the colder weather,the high temperature and humidity in greenhouse,bees are difficult to survive.On the other hand,the artificial pollination is labor intensive and has poor combination effect.In recent years,UAV has been successfully applied in various aspects.So,in this paper,the author explores the design of UAV watermelon pollination models.According to the working environment and work tasks of UAV in the greenhouse,a design scheme of electric single-rotor pollination UAV is proposed.Firstly,the ducted drone model was adopted as the basic model.The author selected the materials of the fuselage and components,designed the parameters and the structures,estimated the weight of the component and determined the overall layout of the drone.The UAV structural model was built by the 3D software.The dynamic model was established by deeply analyzed and studied the aerodynamic layout.Based on the momentum theory,the author studied the ducted eddy current theory and the duct tension factor of the design model,which derived the hovering and horizontal forward flight equations.Finally,the mechanical simulation and structural optimization of its components and ducts were carried out,and the ducts and components were fabricated by 3D printing.The author assembled electrical component and other component,conducted debugging experiments,and obtained a motor that meets the rotational speed and a steering gear that meets the rotational efficiency.A controller that can drive one motor and four servos was obtained by designing the controller and conducting a flight test of the controller.By assembling the electrical components and 3D printed components,the preliminary test flight prototype was successfully obtained,and then the flight experiments were carried out.The experiment shows that the torsion of the propeller is incomplete offset,and the drone produces a slow rotation during the flight.Generally,the ducted drone is feasible and flightableUnder the ducted theory,the watermelon pollination UAV has the characteristics of high lift,good stability and high work efficiency,which lays a foundation for its application in greenhouse watermelon pollination.
