Study On Narrative Space In The Old Urban District Of Jinan

In the process of rapid urbanization,China’s urban construction and old urban district reconstruction are faced with such problems as increasingly obvious homogenization,insufficient urban personality,gradual lack of spatial cognition and urban image,and the disappearance of major urban events.Therefore,the study of urban narrative space makes it possible to combine narratology with urban planning and design.The study of narrative space includes city square,building,block and other elements that can be used as visual analysis from the micro perspective,while from the macro perspective,city is the main object of narrative space research.Taking the old urban district of jinan as the research object,this paper attempts to study the narrative space structure and characteristics of natural elements,artificial elements,human elements and event elements in the old urban district of jinan,seeking the key narrative space of the old urban district of jinan,so as to provide a reference for the renewal and urban planning and design of the contemporary old urban district.This paper is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,data sources,research scope and method,main research content,technical route and domestic and foreign research progress of urban narrative space,and defines the relevant concepts;In the second chapter,the historical development of the old urban district of jinan is divided into different stages.The third chapter classifies the narrative elements in the old urban district of jinan and collects all kinds of narrative elements through the method of literature materials.Then taking this as the research object,the author makes a preliminary statistical analysis of the narrative elements in the old urban district of jinan.The fourth chapter analyzes the historical period of jinan old artificial elements of narrative space,narrative space characteristics of the artificial factors,and then through the map superposition method research of jinan old overall narrative space structure and thecharacteristics of the artificial factor,the use of space syntax,analysis of old town of jinan global integration degree and can understand the degree of accessibility is analyzed with the strong focus on streets and more easy to understand the narrative space;The fifth chapter analyzes the narrative space of event elements in the old urban district of jinan in each historical period,summarizes the narrative space characteristics of event elements in each period,and then studies the overall narrative space structure and characteristics of event elements in the old urban district of jinan through the map superposition method.In the sixth chapter,natural elements,event elements and artificial elements are superimposed to analyze the overall narrative space structure and characteristics of the old urban district of jinan,and the narrative space evolution tree model of the old urban district of jinan is proposed.The seventh chapter summarizes the main conclusions of the narrative space research in the old urban district of jinan,and provides some superficial Suggestions on the renewal and reconstruction of the old urban district of jinan and the shaping of the urban landscape.Finally,this paper discusses the innovation,deficiency and prospect of the research.
