With the rapid development of China's gas industry,gas pipeline leakage occurs from time to time,resulting in environmental pollution,economic losses and hazards to the lives and property of urban residents are becoming more and more serious.Because the gas pipeline is buried deep underground and the pipeline network is complex,it is difficult to detect and locate the leakage.At present,the leak detection of gas pipeline is mostly manual inspection,reporting step by step,with high cost and low efficiency.In view of this shortcoming,this paper designs a gas pipeline leakage monitoring system based on LoRa,which arranges monitoring nodes on the pipeline,monitors the leakage situation,uploads the monitoring information to the monitoring platform by using LoRa and GPRS wireless communication,and realizes the gas pipeline leakage monitoring.At the same time,the location algorithm combining cross-correlation method and negative pressure wave method is used to locate the leakage point.According to the characteristics of negative pressure wave in gas leakage,this paper analyses the negative pressure wave signal of the monitoring node at the head and end of the pipeline,and locates the leakage point using the location algorithm combined with cross-correlation method and negative pressure wave method.The algorithm first denoises the negative pressure wave signal collected by wavelet transform,and then calculates the negative pressure wave arriving at the head and end of the pipeline by cross-correlation algorithm.Time and wave velocity are calculated to get the location of the leak point from the monitoring node so as to locate the leak point.The urban underground leak monitoring system consists of monitoring nodes,LoRa routing nodes and gas leak monitoring platform.The monitoring nodes collect gas concentration and negative pressure wave signals when leaking,collect them through LoRa to LoRa routing nodes,and upload them to the monitoring platform through GPRS.The main control chip of monitoring node and LoRa routing node is STM32F103C8T6 embedded system,the wireless communication chip is SX1278 chip,and the GPRS module is sim800 c chip.The monitoring platform is developed on OneNET platform of China Mobile.Finally,the communication test,alarm test and positioning error test of the system are carried out.The experimental results show that the urban underground gas monitoring system designed in this paper can better monitor the leakage of gas pipelines and realize the location of leakage points.To a certain extent,it improves the energy-saving and efficiency of data transmission process,and has certain market value and social application Prospects.Figure [51] Table [7] Reference [53]...
