Piping system is an important part of the ship,Good working condition of ship piping system is to ensure the safety of ship operation.Meanwhile,it works in high temperature,corrosion,damp environment,failure is difficult to avoid and repair.The pipeline of sea-water system is chosen as the research object,the flow and pressure are selected as the target parameter,in order to locate the leakage point.Firstly,we chose using knowledge of fluid network to determine pipeline leak,apply pressure gradient method for pipeline leak locating.Secondly,since the actual ship seawater piping system does not have the ideal research conditions,considering the difficulty of data collection,acquisition of data influenced greatly by external conditions,so the paper choose to build a pipeline leak experiment table,in accordance with the principle of sea water system design,choosing centrifugal bin as source of stress,using water tank to replace outside seawater.in setting the pressure on the pipeline leak positioning sensors and a flow meter,the experimental platform can not only realize the function of the pipeline leak positioning,it also can add filter and all kinds of valves to complete the filter clogging and valve characteristics experiments.Experiment schemes under different leakage are designed,and the key points in the process of the experiment are pointed out.Then,pipeline model based on fluid network is established,we choose section 2 to conduct theoretical calculation,after getting the theoretical calculation value,and compared to experimental value,the results show that fluid network knowledge can be used to calculate the pressure of each node.and using calculated pressure as reference to the data pressure sensor collect as the measured values,set the range of reference value toħ3KPa,when the measured value is beyond the scope of reference,we can predict pipeline leak is happening,whereas not.Finally,after determine leakage exist,the pressure gradient method based on the double sensor is used to position the leakage of the pipeline.The experiment is designed under 5%,10%,20%,25%,30%spillage.Result shows that the leakage point can be located when spillage is between 10%to 30%,indicating the feasibility of the method.At the same time,the error of positioning is analyzed theoretically,and the attention of positioning is carried out by using this method.
