| To prevent electrical misoperation is the key point of safety production in power supply enterprises.The large area blackouts of power grid,power equipment are destroyed,oscillation and collapse of power system,casualty accident are caused by electrical misoperation.In order to avoid the accident of electrical misoperation,a lot of misoperation prevention devices have been installed in the substation.However,with the advancement of power grid construction and the application of automation technology in substation the traditional micropcomputer traditional systems have been unable to completely adapt to the requirement of transformer substation safe operation,a new five prevention mode has become the inevitable requirement.The first issue of anti misoperation system of the substation is widely used in a comprehensive summary of research on various types of locking principle five prevention system and the implementation process of anti misoperation,analysis and comparison of each of the five anti system advantages and disadvantages based on the five pointed out the direction of the development of anti lock system.This paper combined with the engineering project of 220kV Baoshan Substation online five misoperation,to analysis the advantages and technical characteristics of the five misoperation system and the demand of online five misoperation system of 220kV Baoshan Substation,put forward the overall framework of the online five misoperation system on this basis.And to divide it into three levels:substation control layer,spacer layer,process layer,and the elements and key points of technical are studied detailed of the three levels.Beside,the requirement to equipment of online five misoperation system is analyzed,This study by control loop,operation flow and exception handling method of the online five misoperation system of 220kV Baoshan Substation are designed.It detailed analysis the risk dispose of online five misoperation system in the prevention of "off the road",which reflecting the key technologies of online five misoperation system is different from the traditional previous system;in addition,starting from the communication technology and the IEC61850 communication standard which is widely used at present,analysis on its impact,Extends and discuss the GOOSE of standard message communication mechanism,and the economic performance and compatibility of the mechanism are investigated.This study on the technical implementation problems of 220kV Baoshan Substation online five misoperation system,according to the field application status of station control layer,spacer layer,process layer,their technology to achieve specific elements and the way of realization are studied.The 220kV Baoshan Substation online five misoperation system is carried out,and combined with the specific engineering application,the data systems of 220kV Baoshan Intelligent Substation in Nanping online five misoperation are analyzed and summarized,the operation results show the application of the online five misoperation system which improve the safety and reliability of misoperation of 220kV Baoshan Substation.At the same time,misoperation prevention system builds up a firm foundation in the development of electric grids due to the excellent interoperability and scalability,in accordance with the direction of the development of a strong power grid. |
