Due to the structural characteristics of steel bridge,the stress and deformation of steel bridge deck are relatively complex,resulting in the steel bridge deck pavement layer prone to rutting,cracking,interface failure,potholes and other problems.The method of partial resection and repair can effectively delay the development of various diseases and extend the service life of pavement layer.Epoxy resin concrete,as a new type of filling material in the local repair project of steel bridge deck pavement,has the advantages of excellent performance,mixing under normal temperature and controllable curing time.However,there is a lack of systematic research at home and abroad on the treatment of interfacial bonding layer at the partial repair of steel bridge deck pavement.Based on the epoxy resin adhesive developed by the research group,this paper studied on improving the adhesive and on the interface treatment method,and then designed the epoxy resin adhesive and its treatment method suitable for bond layer between steel and epoxy resin concrete,and for interface bond layer between new and old concrete joint interface bond layer.Firstly,the silane coupling agent KH550,KH560 and KH570 were added to epoxy resin to improve interfacial bond strength of epoxy adhesive.The results of pull out test and tensile shear test show that These silane coupling agents can effectively improve the interfacial bond strength of epoxy resin binder.And the optimum dosage of KH550 is 1.5%,the optimum dosage of KH560 is 3%and the optimum dosage of KH570 is 3%.The results of through the interlaminar shear test which was evaluated to the interlaminar shear strength,show that the optimal unit dosage of interlaminar binder is0.6kg/m~2,and under this binder dosage,gravel spreading has no obvious improvement effect on shear-strength between pavement layers.The shear strength of each modified epoxy resin binder under different test temperatures and multiple freeze-thaw cycles was tested.It is concluded that the epoxy adhesive modified by 3%KH560 coupling agent has the highest shear-strength between pavement layer under high,constant and low temperature,and the anti-freezing and thawing circulation capacity is also optimal among the three kinds of modified binders.At last,the shear strength of joint interface under different interface treatments was evaluated through shear test of joint interface,and the optimal dosage of joint interface binder was 0.6kg/m~2,and the optimal amount of gravel was 50%.The shear strength of the joint interface of each modified epoxy resin binder under different test temperatures and multiple freeze-thaw cycles was tested.It is concluded that when the epoxy resin bond modified by 1.5%KH550 coupling agent is used as the bond material at the joint interface,the shear strength of the joint interface at high,constant and low temperature is the highest among the three kinds of modified binder,and the anti-freezing and thawing circulation ability is also optimal.
