| In the industrial production of the thermal power,steel smelting and other large enterprises,monitoring of furnace gas temperature distribution is of great significance to realize the safety and stable,it is helpful to real-time control,boiler fuel combustion and combustion process optimization control etc.As a new type of non-contact temperature measurement technology,compared with other methods of temperature measurement,the acoustic temperature measure method has its own advantages such as rapidity and accuracy,wide measuring range,continuous real-time measurement and low maintenance cost advantages and so on.And based on that,it has been widely studied.This thesis introduces the acoustic temperature field detection of the basic principle and development status.Based on the MATLAB design of PC GUI interface and improve the PC program and lower machine program design,it makes the machine measuring gas temperature independently.Through the spectrum on the measurement data of single path analysis of temperature,and based on the large number of experiments,it discuss and solve some factors that influence the acoustic temperature measurement accuracy of the single path problem,and an analog circuit system is improved in accordance with the requirements.Finally,the error processing method is introduced to improve the accuracy of the measurement results.The main work can be summarized as:(1)It studies the basic principle of the acoustic method of temperature measurement,and analyzes the various factors that affect the acoustic measurement of single path through the theoretical deduction and practical application.(2)After doing a lot of experiments based on the original circuit,an in-depth study of various kinds of interference problems is finished according to the experimental results and the corresponding solutions,and the program and the corresponding GUI PC interface is written by MATLAB spectrum analysis.(3)On the basis of the predecessors,the analog circuit of the original acoustic temperature measurement system is improved,and the corresponding feedback control module is introduced.(4)It compiles the ordinary correlation program,and validates the reliability of the program through introducing the pseudo random sequence,and it also introduces the gain adjustment to control the amplitude of the downstream signal of flexible,so as to meet the needs of the field temperature measurement.Based on a large number of experiments,the correction time for the accuracy of the experimental results is initially determined,thus eliminated the system error caused by the speaker in the acoustic temperature measurement based on the Time Transmission of Arrival method.At the same time by increasing the observation time and data processing procedures,it introduces the average value method,removal of more than three times the variance,the accuracy of single path acoustic temperature increase,the single path measurement result error in the distance of 2m under the condition of less than 1%. |
