UPS(Uninterrupted Power Supply)is a kind of power equipment,which is widely used in military,aerospace,medical treatment,securities,banking and many other areas.When grind power supply has an emergent problem,UPS invert power can provide emergency power supply by using battery powered sensitive loads for these units.At the same time,the output voltage waveform of UPS is of good quality,and it also has the function of improving power quality.Therefore,the design and development of online UPS power supply can meet the needs of UPS in various industries which is of great practical significance.This dissertation introduces the research and implementation of online UPS power supply based on ARM,analyzes the main circuit,the control circuit hardware and the control software flow of the on-line UPS power supply based on ARM.Moreover,it has made a simulation experiment on digital control technology of UPS.On this basis,an on-line UPS power supply based on ARM is designed and produced,and a set of UPS power supply device that meets the engineering design requirements is proposed.Firstly,it introduces the main circuit design scheme of UPS power supply,including voltage doubling rectifier circuit,power input PFC circuit,half bridge inverter circuit,battery push-pull inverter circuit,battery charging circuit and output circuit,analyzes the working principle of the main circuit,and elaborates the design and selection of important device parameters.Secondly,control circuits for UPS power supplies such as ARM controller circuits,AD sampling and signal interface circuits,digital input and relay output circuits,communication interface circuits,and zero phase line detection circuits are designed.Meanwhile,it describes the realization of the main software function modules of UPS power supply and designs the main flow chart of UPS power supply application software.Finally,it formulates the control model of the half bridge inverter circuit of UPS power supply,simulated and analyzed the digital control strategy of the inverter The rationality of the UPS design is confirmed by the simulation.On the basis of the theoretical research and hardware circuit design of ARM-basedonline UPS power supply,an engineering prototype is made,and various performance experiments were performed on the prototype.Experimental results show that the ARM-based on-line UPS power supply designed in this thesis has better dynamic & static performance and anti-jamming performance,and meets the requirements of various technical indicators.
