The output power of ordinary car-mounted inverter power supply is more common in 500W-2000W,which belongs to the category of small and medium power.Compared with ordinary cars,military vehicles require large power inverter power supplies to supply weapons and military electronic equipment to ensure the completion of military missions.Therefore,for the actual situation of military vehicles,it is of great practical significance to design a vehicle-mounted inverter power supply that meets its power supply requirements.In this paper,a high-power vehicle sinusoidal inverter power supply with output power up to 12kW was designed for the actual demand of a certain type of military vehicle.According to the technical requirements of the specific vehicle inverter power supply,a two-stage sinusoidal vehicle inverter power supply was studied and designed in this paper,including the pre-stage push-pull boost DC converter and the rear-stage sinusoidal full-bridge inverter circuit topology.Based on the design requirements of the vehicle inverter power supply,the various circuits was designed and the appropriate components was selected for the prototype construction.The 48V DC voltage was converted to 220V/50Hz sinusoidal AC for output,and the output full-load power is 12kW.The pre-stage booster circuit adopted the output voltage feedback proportional control to ensure the stability of the output DC voltage;the inverter circuit adopted the bipolar sinusoidal pulse width modulation technology,and the output voltage and the filter inductor current double closed-loop PI control were applied to the rear-stage inverter circuit.And the repeated control of the composite control scheme to ensure the output power quality of the power supply;for the working mode of the two-stage circuit,the state space averaging method was used to obtain the control object model of the power source,and then the combination of the pole placement method and the actual debugging method was adopted.A controller for the two-stage circuit was designed.Based on the DSP chip of TMS320F28335 model,the hardware and software parts of the control system are designed and the control system platform is built.On this basis,the simulink tool of MATLAB software was used to simulate the closed-loop simulation of the whole design scheme,and the steady-state characteristics and transient characteristics of the vehicle inverter power supply under different control schemes were explored.The prototype was also built for testing and the prototype is satisfied.12kW output power indicator.The design of high-power military vehicle-mounted inverter power supply was studieed in this paper.The combination of simulation and physical aspects proves the correctness of the scheme design and achieved the design index,which is of great significance for the research of vehicle-mounted inverter power supply.
