In order to achieve the energy conservation and emission reduction targets set by the 2009 Global Climate Conference,China has been vigorously developing low-carbon energy,Among them,the power industry is the core.In the analysis of the micro-transaction level of the power industry,there has been a lack of corresponding data,so it is difficult to formulate specific policies in line with the power producers at the macro level.The development of renewable energy is the general trend.How to formulate policies is of great significance and is related to the development prospects and social achievements of China's power reform.Based on the 500KV and 220KV power grids in Fujian Province,this paper lays out the geographical locations of major power producers such as thermal power,nuclear power,gas power generation,hydropower,pumping and wind power in the province,and builds a system model of the electricity market.Through reviewing numerous reports,we have calculated the thermal power generation cost that is closest to reality,and formulated the optimal power production technology constraints.Based on the analysis of the optimal power flow that maximizes social welfare,we have studied the operation of large-scale nuclear power and wind power manufacturers.It can greatly improve the efficiency of the electricity market in Fujian Province.The article first reviews the policy effects of large-scale development of nuclear power and wind power at home and abroad,mainly expounds the positive and negative impacts on the market,and draws policy conclusions in line with China's future power development direction.It outlines the specific direction of current power reforms,such as green power,carbon emissions trading,and power trading centers.Secondly,it analyzes the current development status of China's electricity market and explores the situation of the power industry under the influence of Fujian's humanities,environment and resources.The analysis process contributes to the specific construction of the latter model.Then,it briefly introduces the construction method of the PSAT model,and measures the data based on the current national policy and the actual data.A relatively complete scheduling model is constructed based on the power system in Fujian Province.Comparing the actual power operation in 2015 with the power distribution operation around 2020,the impact of nuclear power and wind power on the overall power market in Fujian is illustrated by studying the optimal power flow and the price of the marginal node.Finally,it analyzes the effect of regional cooperation in power market,and can increase social utility to a great extent.Through the related theory of cooperative game,this paper puts forward some concrete measures suitable for the development planning of power Market in Fujian province at present.
