In recent years,the rapid development of data concepts and technologies has driven technological innovation in all walks of life.In the power industry,the large-scale start-up construction of smart grids puts higher demands on the combing,integration and application of grid data.Faced with the current demand for safe and stable operation of the power grid,this paper takes the two important functions of power transmission and information communication of transmission lines as the main entry point,and performs multi-source heterogeneous data such as static data and historical operation data of multiple systems in the grid.Relevant screening,step-by-step extraction,unified modeling,and centralized storage.On this basis,the data algorithm matched with the specific function is used for data mining to determine the fault location method of the power transmission line and the information communication,and finally realize the effective and reliable guidance for the operation and maintenance of the power grid.The basic work of this paper focuses on the correlation analysis and centralized integration of multiple systems and multi-source heterogeneous data in the grid.Firstly,perform functional analysis on multiple systems supporting grid operation and maintenance,screen static storage data and dynamic operation data that can serve the target application,and use modern data processing technology to extract the required data from the grid source database and build secondary data.Platform to achieve secure centralized storage of valid data.According to the specific business needs,extract relevant effective data in the secondary data platform,and design a unified data model to model the initial multi-source heterogeneous data,and develop advanced applications suitable for grid operation and maintenance requirements under the premise of ensuring the unified data model.The abnormal alarm of the protection channel of the high-voltage power grid has been in a multi-state situation in recent years,which directly affects the reliable operation of the main protection of the high-voltage power grid.When the situation is serious,the system may be unstable due to the protection failure.At the same time,with the advancement of unattended and intelligent stations and regulation integration,the traditional manual-based protection channel operation and maintenance mode has the problems of low work efficiency,multi-professional interaction check,and complex positioning.The research uses intelligent technology to realize automatic identification and fault location of protection channel abnormal alarms,which has important guiding significance for on-site operation and maintenance work,and has obvious practical value for ensuring safe and stable operation of power grid.For the fiber-optic communication system carrying the relay protection service in the medium-and high-voltage transmission line of the power grid,the multi-channel simultaneous alarm event frequently causes the fault location problem.Based on the historical data of the operation and maintenance of the power grid,a Bayesian network model processing method is proposed.Fault location method for electrical protection communication system.Taking the relay protection information management system(hereinafter referred to as the protection information system)and the communication network management system alarm information as the trigger condition,combined with the information of the Operation Management System(OMS),the fault area is first identified to narrow the fault location range,and then The prior probability calculated by historical operation and maintenance data in the fault area is calculated by the improved Bayesian algorithm,the fault cause is inferred,the fault location is determined by the communication resource management system information,and the ground line based on the channel abnormality is provided.Wire break fault assisted decision making.When a transmission line fails in a moderm power grid,various devices and systems provide data information about the fault location results,such as a traveling wave ranging device,a relay protection device,and a fault recording device.Although the fault location result provided by multiple information sources ensures the reliability of the information according to the fault processing,the redundancy and difference of the positioning results may cause some troubles to the work of the field operation and maintenance personnel.In addition,the fault location results provided by each device and system are all definite values,and what is really instructive for the site is to accurately locate the final result on the tower number.Aiming at the above problems,taking the historical data of grid operation and maintenance as a sample,the machine learning method based on neural network model is used to train the model,and the new fault location result is input into the trained reliable model to output the final fault location value.According to the configuration information of the overhead transmission line tower in the Production Management System(PMS),combined with the real-time spatial location information,the gap between the towers and the line sag are re-corrected,and the physical level of the fault location is three-dimensional.Mapping,and finally get the fault location result specific to the tower number.Finally,this paper analyzes the proposed method for accurately locating overhead transmission lines to ensure the availability and accuracy of the method.
