With the development of building decoration industry,the demand for deep processing products such as natural stone plate increases.As an important stone plate processing machine,stone polishing machine has been widely used.Regarding the design of polishing machine and the setting of process parameters mainly depend on the accumulation of production experience,the influence of equipment structure and processing parameters on the processing quality of slate is lack of systematic theoretical research.In actual processing,there will be some phenomena such as poor flatness of slab and fracturing.Starting from the design of stone continuous polishing machine,this paper studies and analyses the influence of technological parameters and structural parameters of the polishing machine on the quality of slab,which provides theoretical basis for the manufacture and operation of the polishing machine,and it is of great significance for the realization of efficient and high-quality continuous grinding and polishing of stone slab.Based on the modular design principle,the stone polishing machine is divided into modules.On the basis of the investigation of the stone plate processing technology and similar processing equipment,the design objectives and requirements,the overall layout and the precision index of the stone polishing machine are determined.The design process of the three-way drive system and the important parts of the stone continuous polishing machine,the drum and the beam of the conveyor belt are described emphatically.Aiming at the motion characteristics of stone polishing machine,a plane motion model of grinding and polishing process is established,and the motion trajectories and velocity curves of single abrasive and polishing head are drawn.The reasons of uneven distribution of removal amount in the grinding and polishing process of stone polishing machine are discussed from the point of view of kinematics.Based on Preston's hypothesis,a simulation model of uniformity of grinding removal was established to explore the influence of main process parameters such as grinding head speed and plate feed speed on the surface quality of processed stone slabs.The matching relationship of multiple polishing heads is discussed,and the reasonable value of polishing head spacing is set according to the optimized processing parameters,which provides theoretical guidance for the optimization of grinding and polishing process of stone polishing machine.The static and dynamic characteristics of the whole stone polishing machine are analyzed.Based on the theory of series stiffness field,the percentage of Z-direction displacement of each component to the total Z-direction displacement of the machine and the characteristics of the system stiffness are analyzed,and the weak link of the system static stiffness,the cross beam,is found out.Through modal and harmonic response analysis,the first six modes and three-dimensional amplitude-frequency response curves of the beam are obtained,and the dynamic characteristics of the equipment are determined.The structure optimization design of the cross beam is carried out.Based on the central composite test design,the mathematical model of the relationship between the input and output of the structural response of the beam structure is established.By analyzing the influence of design parameters on objective function and the sensitivity of constraint function,the optimal design parameters of cross beam of stone polishing machine are obtained.By comparing the strength,stiffness and dynamic analysis results of the beam structure before and after optimization,the static and dynamic characteristics of the polishing machine are improved in varying degrees,the beam quality is reduced,and the lightweight design of the beam is realized.The research of this subject solves the problems of poor stability of polishing machine and difficult process formulation,provides guidance and theoretical basis for the research and development of grinding and polishing equipment and the formulation of process parameters,promotes the improvement of processing accuracy and efficiency of polishing machine for stone,and promotes the high-quality development of enterprises and industries.
