With the rapid progress of society,the construction and decoration industries are also prosperity,and the development of decorative stone is much bigger than that.Now every single family can afford to decorate its house with marble columns.Even though domestic market is enormous,while the whole construction and decoration industries have just started and relative processing technology is not mature and out of date.Low efficiency,low quality,poor working conditions,environmental pollution and so on,these flaws limit the development of the construction and decoration industries and can’t satisfy the market.Updating current process technology is an urgent need.Combine the projects in National Nc(Numerical Control)System Engineering Research Center and in Intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute of Huazhong university of science and technology Quanzhou,the research had made a solution about the process of baluster.First of all,through investigative survey of market.After analyzing the disadvantages of current processing technology,the research designed a rotated workbench which contained multiple processing stations and multiple processing procedures.Secondly,For the forming process,the research designed a solution of using G-codes.As to grinding process and polishing process,the research designed a constant moment control scheme based on the electric current of grinding head and another control scheme based on target electric current combined with the process of G-codes.And then this research designed a solution of multiple passageway process as the whole control scheme.In a word,it’s a solution which control several processing stations with one Nc system.Last of all,through analyzing the whole control scheme,the research designed some relative parameters and an interface with interaction of human and machine for particular control scheme.After that,the research has made tests on the prototype for every processing procedure which proves that the whole scheme is effective and possible.
