Prestressed reticulated shell structure is based on the reticulated shell structure impose artificial prestress,Adjustment of internal force distribution under load,reduce the horizontal displacement of the abutment;The idea of structural morphology is to optimize the structural mechanical properties by changing the design variables,the research on the morphogenesis technique for prestressed reticulated shell structure is applied to the optimization design of prestressed spatial structure.This method is applied to the design of the structure to make the structure to meet the requirements of the construction function of the mechanical performance is better,in order to highlight the significance of this study.In this paper,the prestressed single-layer reticulated shell structure is studied,based on finite element analysis method,the main content of this paper is to take the cable tension and the shape of the structure as variables,and select the structural storage strain energy as the evaluation index,the morphogenesis technique for the prestressed single-layer reticulated shell is studied.Analysis of the two types of variables how to affect the objective function.Establish optimization mathematical model,The two types of variables are divided into two optimization spaces,in the optimization process,two optimization spaces are alternated,the optimum formula of cable tension and the formula of structural shape optimization are derived,determine the optimization steps.This method is applied to the example of the structural model of the shape of the creation,optimum cable tension,according to the strain energy sensitivity of the nodes,the height of the node is adjusted and x,y,z direction are adjusted simultaneously.The change of the strain energy of the structure storage,the change of the strain energy sensitivity,the change of the structure displacement,the change of the internal force state of the structure during the process of morphological creation were observed.Compared before and after the optimization structure in only affected by load,only by prestress,prestress and load together under the action of bending moment nephogram.The changes of structural stability before and after morphological remodeling were analyzed.The new morphogenesis technique for the prestressed single-layer reticulated shells of cable was proposed in this paper.Applied to the structural optimization design can significantly improve the structural stiffness,improve the internal force of the structure,structural ultimate bearing capacity also has a corresponding increase.During the optimization process,the structural strain energy will decrease gradually,the strain sensitivity of the node also tends to zero when the convergence criterion is approached.In terms of structural stability,the load factor of buckling mode is improved,the initial defect of the structure has a reduced effect on the structure.Therefore,the method proposed in this paper has the effect of improving the structure.
