The purpose of this paper is to study the optimal operation condition of heating system,first of all,the mathematical analysis of the operation law of the optimal operating condition is carried out and I proves the existence,uniqueness and stability of the optimal operation condition of the heating system,then the operation optimization model that could obtain the optimal operation conditions is established,finally the model is verified in the experiment.This paper establishes the partial relationship between the operation parameter vectors composed of flow rate and water supply temperature,and combined with relevant mathematical knowledge,the mathematical analysis of the characteristics of the optimal operating conditions of heating system is carried out and the operation conditions of a heating system were analyzed numerically,and the existence,uniqueness,and stability of the optimal operation conditions of the heating system were proved.An operation optimization model that could obtain the optimal operation conditions was also established,and the solution and algorithm of the model were analyzed,finally the correctness of the model was verified experimentally.Experimental results showed that when the flow rate was0.606 m~3/h,t supply water temperature is 67.13?,water return temperature is 65.90?,and heating systems had the lowest operating costs.The experimental results and model calculation results showed that the operating cost is lower when the system flow rate is low and the supply water temperature is high under the same heat dissipation and indoor temperature.The operation optimization model in this paper is applied to practical engineering,which can make the heating system operate economically and stably.After finding the optimal operating condition value of the heating system,it needs to be distributed to each user.The regulation process takes a certain amount of time.Starting from the flow influence relationship between users,I found the method to make the regulation process take the shortest time through mathematical analysis.
