Electric heating systems mainly include resistance heating systems,electrode vacuum/micropressure heating systems,graphene electric heating heating systems,resistance vacuum hot water heating systems,electromagnetic heating heating systems and other heating systems.Among th em,electromagnetic heating is highly favored for its advantages of high heating efficiency,low cost,and convenient maintenance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,determine the heating plan according to the experimental site conditions,determine the electromagnetic heater model,the volume and structural parameters of the hot water storage tank,and the selection and structural parameters of the radiator according to the heating heat load,and complete the test bench The establishment of,lays the foundation for verifying the simulation model of the heating system;second,according to the principle of heat transfer and the law of conservation of energy,mathematical modeling of each part of the electromagnetic heating system,mainly including electromagnetic heater modeling,hot water storage tank modeling,Radiator modeling.Use MATLAB/SIMULINK to simulate the simulation model of each component of the electromagnetic heating system to simulate the inlet and outlet temperature of each component of the electromagnetic heating system and the temperature of the heating room;third,compare the simulation results with the experimental data to verify the electromagnetic heating system Whether the simulation model is correct,and as a reference basis for electromagnetic heating system design.Finally,in accordance with the peak-valley electricity price policy in Ningxia,full use of valley-level heat storage,by setting different initial conditions,adjusting the simulation model parameters,finding energy-saving operating parameters that meet the heating demand,and improving the efficiency of the electromagnetic heating system.The residential heating in the northern area provides theoretical guidance.
