The fabricated concrete shear wall structure in China is developing rapidly and conforms to our national conditions.Steel-concrete composite shear wall structure is widely used in high-rise buildings.The slit shear wall has the characteristics of high ductility and good seismic performance.Considered features of slit shear walls,assembled type and steel plates,a fabricated steel plate shear wall structure is put forward.The joints of new type shear wall are connected by high strength bolts and steel plates.Based on the wall,the steel plate concrete composite shear wall system is designed and its seismic performance is tested.The main work is as follows.(1)A precast steel plate concrete composite shear wall system is put forward.Some components of the system are creatively designed such as precast steel plate concrete shear wall,the horizontal joint and the vertical joint of the steel plate shear wall.(2)The low cyclic loading test of the cast-in-place steel plate concrete shear wall specimen and precast steel plate concrete shear wall specimen under axial compression ratio of 0.1 was carried out.The failure phenomenon of the specimen was described.The hysteresis curve and skeleton curve was obtained.And the parameters such as cracking load,yield load,ultimate load,stiffness,ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the specimen were analyzed.The test results showed that the steel strip delayed the development and penetration of the shear wall cracks,increasing the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the shear wall.And the horizontal joint of the steel plate concrete shear wall had good deformation ability.(3)With the finite element software ANSYS,the cast shear wall and the fabricated shear wall model with the steel plate were set up.The skeleton curves of the specimen were analyzed under monotonic loading and low cyclic loading.And the steel plate stress and fracture distribution of the wall were compared with the test results.The results showed that the finite element analysis results of the prefabricated specimen were basically the same as the experimental results.The finite element analysis results in stiffness of the cast specimen was smaller than that of the experiment results of cast specimen.(4)On the basis of seismic test,with theoretical analysis and calculation of the new wall,the shear capacity calculation formula of steel strip concrete shear wall and the horizontal joint was put forward considering the influence of the strip spacing.(5)The economic performance analysis of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear wall,the cast-in-place steel strip concrete shear wall,the prefabricated integral reinforced concrete shear wall and the prefabricated steel strip concrete shear wallwas carried out respectively.The results showed that cost of prefabricated steel strip concrete shear wall was 1.1% higher than the cost of the integral reinforced concrete shear wall,and 11.3% higher than the cost of the cast-in-place steel strip concrete shear wall.However,the overall benefit of prefabricated steel strip concrete shear wall was remarkable and worthy to be popularized.
