In recent years,our country has vigorously supported and developed the prefabricated building,and the prefabricated shear wall,as the core structure form of China's construction industrialization and housing industrialization,has high research value and application prospect.The horizontal connection between the upper and lower walls is the most important part of the assembled shear wall structure.In order to improve the seismic performance of the assembled shear wall and the mechanical performance of the joint,this paper proposes a new type of reinforced cogged connection assembled shear wall.In order to study the seismic performance and the mechanical performance of the horizontal joint of this new type of connection,this paper studies the seismic performance and the mechanical performance of the horizontal joint of the reinforced cogged assembly shear wall by means of experimental analysis,numerical analysis and theoretical analysis.Firstly,six full-scale fabricated shear walls are designed and fabricated.One ordinary prefabricated shear wall member is taken as the contrast,and the other five prefabricated shear walls are designed with the parameters of axial compression ratio,height width ratio,cogging size and partial unbonded reinforcement.In this paper,six shear wall specimens are tested under cyclic loading,and their seismic behaviors such as hysteretic behavior,energy dissipation capacity,bearing capacity and ductility are analyzed(1)The failure modes of reinforced slotted fabricated shear wall and common prefabricated shear wall are basically the same,both of which are bending shear failure,which is manifested by the buckling of the outermost reinforcement in the wall edge area and the crushing of the concrete at the wall corner.The cracks in the middle and upper part of the wall are bending shear diagonal cracks,while the cracks from the bottom of the wall to the height of the grout hole are mainly shear cracks.(2)At the beginning of the test,the hysteretic curves of six members are kept linear.After the component yield,the curve deviates from the straight line obviously and there is residual deformation,the area of hysteresis loop begins to increase,and the energy consumption capacity continues to increase.(3)All six members show good ductility,the ductility coefficient is greater than 5,and the ultimate displacement angle is far greater than 1/120.Some unbonded reinforcement can effectively improve the ductility of members.RTPW4 members have the best energy dissipation capacity,which shows that some unbonded bars can effectively improve theenergy dissipation capacity of members.The energy dissipation capacity of reinforced cogged assembled shear wall is higher than that of ordinary prefabricated shear wall.In this paper,based on the theory of pressure friction and the shear action of the pin key of the reinforcement,the shear capacity calculation formula of reinforced cogged prefabricated shear walls is obtained.Then,ABAQUS finite element software was used to analyze nine shear specimens with different parameters.The influence of different axial compression ratio,size of the tooth and the number of horizontal connecting bars on the mechanical properties of the horizontal joint was studied.The analysis results show that the calculation results of shear capacity formula for the horizontal joint of the reinforced cogged assembly shear wall are in good agreement with the finite element analysis results,which proves the rationality and accuracy of the calculation formula.In order to evaluate and control the connection mode of reinforced cogged assembled shear wall structure,the concept of bending shear separation degree is proposed.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental analysis,the calculation formula of bending shear separation is obtained.At the same time,the reasonable range of the separation degree of bending and shearing is put forward.Finally,in order to further promote the connection structure form of reinforced cogged assembly shear wall,some suggestions are put forward for the application of reinforced cogged assembly shear wall in design and engineering.
