In the petrochemical,electric power and other industries,there are many pressure pipeline equipment that are used in harsh environments.Micro-sample testing technology allows people to evaluate the state of the equipment without compromising the structural integrity of the equipment.The primary condition for using this technique is to perform small-invasive sampling on these devices.In this paper,a small-invasive sampling machine for sampling the pressure tube or container is designed.The main research contents are as follows.According to the sampling principle of the small-invasive sampling machine,the core part sampling tool is designed as a whole,including shape,structure and size.The preparation of the machine tool PVD coating was studied and designed to improve the mechanical properties of the machine tool.According to the requirements of keeping the center of the machine tool stable and adapt to the field sampling,the rail type motion mechanism and the swing arm type motion mechanism are designed.The swing arm type motion mechanism was selected as the final proposal.Combined with the characteristics of the swing arm type motion mechanism,the fixed system and the cooling system for different pressure pipelines are designed.The effects of different feed rates and electric spindle speeds on the grinding force and grinding temperature during the sampling process are studied through finite element simulation method.The simulation results are analyzed and the appropriate motor spindle speed and feed rate are selected according to the simulation to guide the parameter setting of the field sampling process.According to the actual sampling situation,the components of the control system are selected and the circuit design of the control cabinet is designed.According to the actual sampling requirements,the PLC programs are designed and the human-computer interaction interface is designed.Use the API 579-1/ASME FFS-1 local metal loss level 1 method to evaluate the local metal loss region formed by sampling.According to the criteria of the level 1 evaluation method,the maximum sampling thickness and the maximum sampling diameter of the different size HG20553 series pressure pipelines are calculated.
