Sampling inspection is to take samples from the total population of the product,and to estimate the total quality of the product by testing the sample.However,the key to determine the overall quality level accurately according to sample test results is to use scientific sampling method to reasonably extract sample size.Aiming at the problems of existing experience sampling,to different testing project,for the first time put forward based on the theory of probability,components quality inspection scientific sampling method,monte carlo method.As one of the basic theory of monte carlo method itself was the law of large Numbers,to say the method itself was also an important application of probability and statistics.In the absence of characteristic value of actual data,in combination with the practical situation of engineering,with the aid of MATLAB software,the approximate probability was obtained by computing a large number of repeated samples in the simulation process,and then the overall quality level was inferred.Because of prefabricated components of concrete strength value of the actual data was not enough,for large quantities of precast concrete components,using the monte carlo method to simulate the prefabricated components of concrete strength value data,drew reasonable sampling inspection sample size.In the absence of characteristic value of actual data,combined with the engineering actual situation,It could take advantage of the overall coefficient of variation of the distribution of various types of rapid inspection the size of the required sample size calculation.As the strength value of concrete was measured by mean m and is subject to normal distribution,the total variation coefficient value of the normal distribution was investigated in the sampling test and the sample size required for the test of prefabricated parts was calculated.In view of the small batch precast concrete components,using the knowledge of probability and mathematical statistics,finally it was concluded that the reasonable sampling inspection sample size.Using a counting sampling inspection and measurement sampling inspection,this paper analyzed and calculated a large number of measured data of the size deviation of a large number of prefabricated components and accessories,studied a reasonable sampling scheme,and calculated a more reasonable sample size n and qualified judgment number.The products with higher quality level were received with higher probability,while the products with lower quality level were rejected with higher probability.Finally,a reasonable sampling scheme was selected.Figure 12,Table 53,Reference 67.
