A Study On The Beautiful Village Planning Of Haixing Village From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

In recent years,China's economic construction has developed rapidly,and increasingly serious environmental problems have brought great resistance to China's development.The party's 18 th National Congress report based on China's national conditions and put forward a major strategy of "ecological civilization construction." As a development requirement of China's new rural construction under the background of ecological civilization,beautiful rural construction is an inevitable trend of coordinating the harmonious development of agricultural production,peasant life and rural environment,and is the key to realizing rural revitalization.As a pilot project for the construction of beautiful villages in Shanghai,Haixing Village is very important for the planning of ecological towns in Luojing Town.How can we use the pressures brought by land stocks,industrial transformation,ecological destruction,human settlements and civilized civilizations? It is the problem that it has to solve now by opening up its own beautiful rural development path and realizing the good interaction between ecological civilization and beautiful rural construction.Based on the existing research,this paper enriches and expands the connotation of beautiful villages.From the perspectives of planning,industry,ecology,human settlement and rural wind,this paper proposes that the new connotation of beautiful villages should include scientific planning and economic industry.Development,high ecological environment,superior quality of life and excellent civilized civilization.Combining the relevant domestic and international practices and the problems existing in the construction of beautiful rural areas in China,the paper proposes the goals and planning strategies of the beautiful “five beautiful” in rural areas.In order to better find the problems in the beautiful rural planning of Haixing Village,the evaluation system of “Beautiful Village” of Haixing Village was constructed from five aspects: planning layout,industrial development,ecological environment,human settlement environment and rural civilization.Evaluation and analysis shows that the status quo of beautiful village construction in Haixing Village is generally good,but there are still some shortcomings in the above five aspects.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the current situation of Haixing Village construction,the paper proposes the “five-US” level optimization strategy: in terms of planning and layout,it should clarify the function orientation,optimize the land layout and adjust the village structure;in terms of industrial development,it should create characteristic industries and develop agriculture.Tourism;ecological environment,should build an ecological network system,shape the green space landscape;in terms of human settlements,we should rectify rural settlements,improve road transportation systems,and support sanitation facilities;in the rural civilization,we should support public service facilities to cultivate villagers' spirit.civilization.
