Study On Beautiful Countryside Planning In She County Of Anhui Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Since the 13th Five-Year Plan,rural revitalization has been a major change in the development strategy of urban and rural areas,which has pointed out the way of thinking for the development of beautiful countryside in the new era of our country.Shexian,as a typical region in southern Anhui,is also the birthplace of Huizhou culture in Anhui Province.Under the guidance of national policies and the promotion of beautiful countryside construction in Anhui Province,Shexian's beautiful countryside Plan is an important way to solve the current situation of Shexian's villages,to guide the construction of beautiful countryside's characteristics,to protect the traditional culture of the local villages,to build an industrial system integrating the three industries,and to develop the industrial economy of mountainous villages,thus realizing the revitalization of Shexian's villages.It has strong typical significance and demonstration effect.The main contents of this paper are as follows when studying the planning of beautiful countryside in Shexian:(1)Based on literature research,the relevant concepts involved in the research are analyzed.The connotation of the planning of beautiful countryside in Shexian has gradually changed from the original single planning of environmental improvement to a comprehensive planning covering industry,ecology,environment,culture and governance.(2)Analyzing the current situation of Shexian's villages based on field research,and combining with 4 different models of built beautiful countryside.(3)Using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation index system of Shexian beautiful countryside is constructed from five aspects of ecological environment,human settlement environment,industrial economy,folk culture and multiple governance,which is used to guide and evaluate the construction of Shexian beautiful countryside.The conclusion is S1(ecological environment)> S3(industrial economy)> S2(human settlement environment)> S4(folk culture)> S5(multiple governance).Through the construction of the evaluation system,the problems existing in the current planning of beautiful countryside in Shexian County are pointed out.First,there is a lack of sustained impetus for capital and industrial development.Second,there is a lack of protection and promotion of cultural customs.Third,the rural space texture is damaged and its function lags behind.Fourth,there is a deviation in the implementation of the construction.At the same time,the difficulties in planning and construction are summarized.(4)Based on this,the paper puts forward the ideas,goals and targets of Shexian beautiful countryside planning.
