The electric excitation linear motor magnetic suspension feed platform has the characteristics of direct drive and direct suspension,and has important research significance for the development of modern precision machining.This project is under the background of the National Natural Science Foundation of China: "Study on the Operation Mechanism and Control Strategy of the Magnetic Levitation Feeding Platform for Controllable Excitation Linear Synchronous Motor(Project Approval Number: 51575363)",Which studies the motion mechanism of the electrically excited linear synchronous motor and solves the control and design problems of the magnetic levitation subsystem under the action of uncertain external disturbances.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Study the structure,working mechanism and mathematical model of the electric excitation linear synchronous motor.Establishing a mathematical model of an electric excitation linear synchronous motor in a d-q synchronous rotating coordinate system,In the horizontal system,derivation the analytical expression of the conductive magnetic thrust,the motion equation and the state equation of the feed direction.In the magnetic levitation system,derivation the analytical expression of the normal electromagnetic force,the motion equation and the state equation in the levitation direction;analyze the main factors affecting the two electromagnetic forces;analyze the electromagnetic coupling problem between the feed subsystem and the suspension subsystem.(2)Design of distance type fuzzy controller for electric excitation linear synchronous motor magnetic levitation system.Aiming at the influence of parameter perturbation and external uncertainty disturbance on nonlinear magnetic levitation system,the distance fuzzy inference algorithm is used for control.According to the characteristics of magnetic levitation system,design the pre-preparation unit of distance-based fuzzy reasoning.Analyze the characteristics and inference steps of distance-based fuzzy algorithm.Taking the PI control as a comparison,the dynamic and static characteristics of the distance-type fuzzy control are simulated.(3)The hardware circuit design and software design of the magnetic levitation system of the electrically excited linear synchronous motor.The design of hardware circuit includes the control circuit with digital signal processor DSP F28335 as the core,the power driving circuit with intelligent power module IPM as the core,the sampling circuit of position signal and current signal,the system protection circuit,and the design of other peripheral circuits.The design of software is mainly about the main program and interrupt service subroutine.Realize system initialization,parameter definition and peripheral startup;Interrupt service program is the key to the stable operation of the maglev system.It includes current,sampling of position signal,operation of control algorithm and generation of PWM.
