At present,the high-frequency power supply of ozone generator still remains in the application of the low-power ozone generator,which doesn't have complex structure,strong reliability and intelligent control.In order to solve this problem,this thesis designs the high-power and high-frequency new-style power supply of ozone generator.In general,the entire power supply system is divided into the pre-stage rectifier part and the post-stage inverter part,and sampling circuits,drive circuits and protection circuits are accordingly designed.In the pre-stage rectification part of this design,VIENNA active power factor correction(APFC)rectifier circuit is adopted for rectifying the 380V/50 Hz three-phase alternating current(AC)to 600 V direct current(DC)input with small ripple and high quality provided for the inverter in the rear stage.Compared with the traditional three-phase passive power factor correction(PPFC)rectifier circuit,it reduces input current harmonics and improves power factor.In its control part,TI's TMS320F28377 D control chip is adopted to realize SVPWM control strategy.The post-stage inverter part is a phase-shifted PWM zero voltage switching(ZVS)full-bridge inverter circuit.On the one hand,the application of resonant soft-switching technology solves the problem of switching losses and electromagnetic interference in hard switching under high-frequency conditions.On the other hand,according to the capacitive load characteristic of the ozone generator,its voltage is increased to the size required during normal operation across the series resonance and it runs in a quasi-resonant state.In its control part,TI's TMS320F28335 control chip is used to realize sliding mode control(SMC)control strategy based on phase shift PWM.Based on the above design,the single new-style ozone generator power supply prototype with rated power of 10 kW and 8 units of ozone generators connected in parallel is developed.In addition,based on two TI's DSP control chips,and two groups of ozone generators are adopted to form a larger ozone generator system with an ozone output of 2kg/h,through the Modbus protocol and MCGS touch screen used as a monitoring device,a good human-computer interaction interface is designed.The design is verified by MATLAB/Simulink modeling and simulation and an experimental device is built.The test results also verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
