As a kind of green oxidant,ozone is widely used in all aspects of production and life such as advanced sewage treatment,industrial waste gas treatment and drinking water sterilization and disinfection.High-efficiency plate ozone generator has become a hot spot in the industry as a key equipment for producing ozone.research problem.Control system power is the core of the ozone generator,and its key technologies directly affect the production of ozone and the safety of equipment.In order to improve the output of ozone generator and save energy and reduce consumption,this paper has carried out closed-loop control strategy research,topology analysis and hardware and software for key problems such as power generator energy loss caused by hard switching of ozone generator control system power supply and being vulnerable to external environmental interference,design.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the dielectric barrier discharge ozone generation technology,the following studies are completed:Aiming at the problem of large energy loss of hard switching power supply of ozone generator control system circuit,the working principle of soft switch is analyzed.The topology structure of LC series resonant main circuit of ozone generator control system power supply is designed to realize the zero current soft switching function of control system circuit(ZCS)and verified by simulation.In view of the low efficiency of ozone generator and poor anti-interference ability,fuzzy self-tuning PID control is introduced in the design of control system power controller.Compared with the conventional PID control algorithm,the fuzzy self-tuning PID control can be verified by setting up SIMULINK simulation platform.Improve the power factor of the ozone generator and improve the stability and reliability of the power system.Based on STM32F407VET6,the hardware control circuit and software program of the ozone generator control system power controller are designed.Through the construction of the experimental platform,the hardware test and software debugging of the designed plate type ozone generator control system power system were caried out,and the expected control effect was obtained.
