With the priority of public transport being comprehensively upgraded to a national strategy,prioritizing the development of public transport has gradually become a consensus to reduce congestion and improve operational efficiency.However,the main research on bus signal priority is still relatively fixed,and the active priority control of detector detection demand is set at the intersection.Therefore,it is important to apply the cooperative vehicle infrastructure system to bus priority.This paper puts forward the corresponding bus priority control strategy for urban road intersection,and uses VISSIM software to simulate and verify the control strategy.Firstly,we confirm the main idea of this paper by consulting the domestic and foreign theories of bus priority control,bus priority control at signalized intersections and cooperative vehicle infrastructure system.According to real-time monitoring,the time of bus arriving at parking line is determined in each road section.At the same time,priority is given to bus according to information exchange,so as to achieve the goal of bus priority in cooperative vehicle infrastructure system.Secondly,this paper analyzes three priority strategies,namely,prolonging green time,shortening red time,inserting priority phase,and judging the priority degree by predicting the time when the bus arrives at the stop line of the intersection under bus priority.The relative parameters of priority control are calculated according to the corresponding strategy.That is to say,it mainly analyzes the specific time of bus arriving at intersection,determines the method of bus real-time monitoring,and predicts the bus real-time running position data according to the collection of bus real-time running position data.In this way,the priority strategy based on bus priority is selected at intersection,and then the corresponding priority control parameters are calculated through the priority strategy.At the same time,it analyses and summarizes the bus passenger flow collection technology to calculate the bus passenger volume,and estimates the car passenger load according to the survey.With the per capita delay as the control target,it establishes the optimal timing model under the vehicle-road collaborative environment,and adjusts the current signal lights according to the model to complete the timing optimization of the signalized intersection.Finally,two actual intersections are simulated and verified by VISSIM software.In the simulation comparison of each intersection,the same intersection information is inputted and only the control strategy is changed.The simulation results show that with the per capita delay at intersections as the control objective,the signal timing optimization scheme of intersections based on bus priority in cooperative vehicle infrastructure system is designed.Among them,the total waiting time of buses at the east entrance road of ChangjiangYi Road and ChangjiangEr Road intersection decreased by 11.6s,and the west entrance road also decreased.Ertang Street-Xuefu Avenue intersection in the bus phase,per capita delay as high as 52% decline.Based on the simulation results of the two intersections,the proposed method reduces the vehicle delay by about 40% compared with the existing schemes in the overall operation of the intersection,and demonstrates the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.It can be used for reference to study the traffic strategy of signalized intersections based on bus priority at cooperative vehicle infrastructure system in the future.
