The bogie is the most critical core component of a two-axle monorail vehicle,and the frame is the main foundation of the bogie.The frame is an important framework for the entire bogie-shaped part,and it is the basis for the installation of basic system equipment such as vehicle suspension system,traction drive system,basic brake system,wheel-to-shaft box system and spring damping system.The performance of its structure has a direct impact on the safety and quality of monorail vehicle operation.The existing bogies of Chongqing Rail Transit Lines 2 and 3 use the right-angled two-axle monorail bogie.In this paper,the fatigue analysis of a new type of through-type biaxial monorail bogie is carried out.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)Taking the fatigue analysis method of welded structural parts as the focus,the comparative analysis of the fatigue analysis methods of the current rail transit vehicle bogies is carried out.(2)Compare and analyze the structure of the right-angle bogie used by the existing Chongqing Rail Transit Line 2 and Line 3 vehicles and a new type of through-type bogie.Obtaining two bogie differences provides a focus for analyzing the new bogie frame.(3)The application research of UIC615-4 and EN13749 standards on monorail vehicles was carried out.The load analysis of the bogie under static load conditions and fatigue conditions was carried out.The finite element method was used to analyze the static strength and fatigue strength of the frame.The fatigue evaluation was carried out by Goodman diagram method,and the distribution characteristics of the frame strength and the fatigue safety factor were obtained.(4)Taking the fatigue life analysis of the weld frame of the bogie frame as the main purpose,the relationship between each welded joint and the SN curve was studied.Based on this theory,the fatigue life calculation analysis of the new frame was carried out.The fatigue damage affecting the steering frame mainly occurs in the weld area,and the fatigue life of the weld mainly depends on the type of welded joint.(5)Based on the Weibull distribution function,the fatigue life distribution of the two-axis monorail bogie frame under different reliability is studied,and the relationship between reliability and fatigue life is obtained,and the frame meets the fatigue life design requirements under the corresponding reliability..In this thesis,the structural characteristics of the new through-type two-axis bogie frame are studied.The fatigue strength analysis of the frame is mainly based on UIC and EN standards,weld fatigue life and Weibull distribution.The three methods are analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages and scope of application provide a basis and direction for further analysis of the fatigue life of the bogie frame.
