| The straddle type Monorail train wheel is the most important part in the monorail.In the course of driving,all the force between the monorail train and the track is passed through the wheel.Therefore,the wheel has great influence on the safety,comfort and stability of the monorail train.The fatigue durability of the wheel is easy to fail because the working environment of the monorail train is very complicated and has been subjected to various loads for a long time.The fatigue failure of wheel is the main failure form of monorail train wheel,so it is very important to analyze the fatigue life of monorail wheel.The wheel of straddle type monorail is mainly composed of walking wheel,guide wheel and Stabilizing wheel,the guide wheel and stabilizing wheel are mainly oriented and stable,and the traveling wheel bears the larger disturbance stress.In the course of wheel driving,fatigue damage basically occurs in the walking wheel.In this paper,according to the requirements and test methods of wheel performance and GB/T5334-2005 passenger car wheel performance requirements and test methods for the straddle type monorail trains produced by an enterprise,the research object is based on the demands of the GB/T 5909-2009 "Commercial Vehicle Wheels" The finite element model of bending fatigue test and radial fatigue test for walking wheel and guide wheel is established.In the analysis of bending fatigue statics,the influence of the preload of bolts on the static results is considered.In the analysis of radial fatigue statics,the influence of tire inflation pressure on the static results is considered.Then,the bending and radial fatigue life of the traveling wheel and guide wheel are analyzed by the nominal stress method combined with the bending and radial statics analysis of the Walking Wheel and guide wheel respectively.The minimum bending fatigue life value of the walking wheel is obtained 918,000 times,and 300,000 times of the national standard are met,and the dangerous life area of the bending fatigue life of the walking wheel is near the bolt hole of the rim body.The shortest path fatigue life value of walking wheel is 733,000 times,which meets the national standard 500,000 times,and the minimum life of radial fatigue life of walking wheel occurs in the tire ring seat of the rim body.When the hardening coefficient is 1.6,the fatigue life value of the guide wheel is 188,000 times.It meets the national standard 30,000 times,and the hardening coefficient is 1.33,the fatigue life of the guide wheel is 809,000 times,it satisfies the 150,000 times stipulated by the national standard,and the dangerous Life area of the guide wheel’s bending fatigue life is near the bolt hole of the rim The minimum path fatigue life of the guide wheel is 754,000 times,which meets the national standard 500,000 times.The minimum life of the radial fatigue life of the guide wheel occurs near the bead seat of the rim body.At last,the bending and radial fatigue tests of the straddle type monorail train are carried out,and the feasibility of the finite element analysis method is validated effectively by the test.The test results show that the dangerous life area of the bending fatigue life of the Walking Wheel and guide wheel is in the vicinity of the bolt hole of the rim body,which is consistent with the simulation result.The minimum life of the radial fatigue life of the traveling wheel and the guide wheel is in the tire ring seat of the rim body,which is consistent with the simulation results.Using the Finite element analysis method to analyze the bending and radial fatigue life of the traveling wheel and guide wheel can provide the design basis for the enterprise,so as to reduce the development cycle of the wheel and improve the production efficiency of the wheel. |
