Under the Internet platform,the electric vehicle charging management can using the communication technology means to build the electric vehicle user information platform at any time to understand the charging needs of the electric vehicle users.Changed the former electric vehicle charging way that only one-way service mode,realized the user and the charging station two-way communication.Through the analysis to the user,carried on the certain guidance to the user charging.On the one hand,satisfied the individual demand of the user and improves the satisfaction of the electric vehicle users,is beneficial to the promotion of the electric vehicle.On the other hand,flexible information exchange mode enables the Internet management platform to understand the status of users at any time and reduce the loss caused by the lack of information exchange.Based on the above factors,this paper establishes a charging guidance model by matching user needs and Internet management platform recommendations,and studies the charging guidance problem of electric vehicles considering both sides of charging.First of all,the weight of charging station and user demand are discussed and calculated.The electric vehicle user charging evaluation index system and charging station evaluation index system are established respectively.The Internet platform charges charging stations as a measure of the importance of charging stations,in accordance with the model of quality measurement x bid,which is used as a measure of the importance of the charging station.Among them,the quality is expressed by historical performance,matching degree,market share and success rate of charging station.The charging station distance,charging price and queuing time of the charging demand index of electric vehicle users are expressed by trigonometric fuzzy number.The standard deviation method is used to calculate the user demand index and determined the preference of different users for different demand attributes..Secondly,it is mainly to establish a model which can reasonably guide the users of electric vehicles to charge effectively.According to the requirement of users and the matching degree of charging station service,the charging guidance is recommended,and the charging guidance model of electric vehicle is established.And for the users who have not chosen the recommended charging scheme,the demand analysis is carried out,and correct the influence degree of the demand index,so as to make more accurate recommendations for the further guidance.Finally,some data are used to calculate the importance and user attribute weight of the charging station established in chapter 3,and the electric vehicle user charging guidance model established in chapter 4 is verified.The results show that the charging guidance model established in this paper is feasible and can improve the satisfaction level of the user in the process of charging,so that the charging guidance strategy can get the positive response of the user.The effective charging guidance method of electric vehicles plays an important role in improving charging efficiency and promoting the development of electric vehicle industry.And the development of Internet platform has played a great role in promoting the charging guidance strategy of electric vehicles.
