In recent years,with the development of social economy,the water source of the water plant has been polluted to varying degrees,and the contradiction between this and the continuous improvement of water quality standards has gradually emerged.By improving the water purification process,the effluent quality has reached the national sanitary standard for drinking water quality,which has been continuously studied at home and abroad.Based on the experience of a new integrated water plant in a city,this paper systematically studies and discusses the design and operation of integrated water plants,ozone + upflow activated carbon process,process conversion and so on.The traditional steelworks structure is more common.At present,this technology is relatively mature,but it has the characteristics of complicated construction,long engineering period and high cost.The newly-built integrated water plant is made of steel plate welding.Most of the structures are welded on site,mass production and procurement of equipment;the construction period is shortened and the investment cost is reduced.And the integrated water plant is different from the integrated water purification equipment promoted by the manufacturers on the market.The water plant contains the advanced water treatment process of “pre-oxidation +conventional treatment + advanced treatment”,which is the integrated equipment manufacturer at this stage.The integrated water plant is a rare attempt;in addition,the integrated water plant can pass the valve,pipeline,and lift pump conversion process,and can not increase the conversion process of other structures in a process where the process effect is not satisfactory.Process to achieve the desired processing results.In order to prevent and solve the algae problem in the summer water source,the integrated water plant is designed with a pre-oxidation treatment unit,which can be selectively used depending on the water quality of the water source.Combined with the design experience of the Shandong Yellow River water source water plant in recent years,the water plant adopts a compact design.High-efficiency reaction sedimentation tank with high surface load as part ofconventional treatment;“Ozone + biological activated carbon” is used as the advanced treatment part;biological activated carbon adopts the upward flow operation mode,the sand filter is placed behind,and the sand filter is intercepted by the rear sand filter.The activated carbon filter effluent particles and micro-organisms,sand filter tank can stabilize the effluent turbidity and ensure the safety of effluent microorganisms.The process can fully utilize the synergistic effect of ozone contact and activated carbon adsorption in operation to achieve an efficient water purification effect.The integrated water plant integrates pretreatment,conventional treatment and advanced treatment,and includes a high-efficiency reaction sedimentation tank with high treatment efficiency,and a combination process of “ozone + biological activated carbon” suitable for the northern region.The integrated water purification equipment produced by the manufacturer is completely different;the integrated water plant can switch different process according to different seasons and different water quality;the design and operation experience of the project can also provide engineering for other new water plants.Application reference.
