With the continuous development of offshore squid fishery in China,fishery equipment has been gradually optimized and innovated,and the application of ocean wave energy power generation technology to ships has attracted much attention.Research and design of wave power generation system for squid fishing boat can directly improve wave energy capture and energy conversion,and improve the power generation efficiency of wave power generation device.Firstly,this paper describes the development history of wave power generation technology,the classification of wave power generation devices and the performance of various wave power generation devices,briefly introduces the principle of wave power generation technology,and conceives how to optimize energy conversion schemes under different wave conditions.Based on the analysis of the wave in the offshore squid fishing ground,an energy converter which can change the hydraulic cylinder according to the wave factors is designed,and a hydraulic system is designed according to the energy converter to optimize the conversion of wave energy,and the working state is efficient and stable.Then,according to the conceived energy conversion scheme,the three-dimensional software Rhino is used to design the structure,and the working process of the energy converter is described in detail.The hydraulic system diagram is drawn by two-dimensional software,and the working principle of the whole hydraulic system is explained in detail.In addition,the structural characteristics of offshore squid fishing vessel are analyzed,and the reasonable installation position of wave power generation device is preliminarily determined.According to the wave factors of squid fishing ground,the relevant data are calculated,the relevant calculation of hydraulic cylinder is completed,and the parameters of different sizes are analyzed.It is found that when S1,S2 are 1.5m,2m and 3m,the stroke is 1.1m,1.5m and 2.2m to satisfy all wave factors;when S1 is 1m,S2 is 1.5m,2m and 3m,0.9m,0.95m and 1m to satisfy all wave factors.Choose hydraulic motor,select four groups of system pressure to calculate the inner diameter and outer diameter of three kinds of hydraulic cylinders.Through the analysis of data results,it is found that the hydraulic system pressure is 25 Mpa to meet the needs of the system.Finally,using LabVIEW?Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench?graphical programming language,the method of generating report forms in measurement and control part is discussed in detail.In order to realize the convenience of printing data into paper documents and easy to observe and understand.
