With energy conservation and emissions reduction globally advocated, the development and utilization of new energy and green energy are imperative. Wave energy can be used as green renewable energy and owns advantages as high energy density and wide distribution, but as for its strong intermittent character and instantaneous energy density along with destructive impact, the wave energy power generation system is difficult to maintain a steady operation. The purpose of this study is to research and design a kind of wave energy power generation system based on hydraulic energy storage, the system can capture and store wave energy, and balance the peak value and valley value, also contribute to avoid wave impact damage to the device, through which the maximum use of wave energy can be achieved; based on this system, theoretical method and experimental method are presented, which contains how to convert wave energy to the stability of the electrical energy, and to improve the quality of the wave energy power generation.This paper states the current studies on hydraulic energy storage power system of wave energy, and analyses the existing problems in power generation. Then a kind of intermittent hydraulic energy storage power system of wave energy is designed. In this study, the influence of power generation system loads on the hydraulic system working pressure and the relationship between opening coefficient and valve port pressure difference of the proportional flow valve are analyzed and simulated by AMEsim, and the mathematical models of factors that influence power generation system is established. Based on the research, stationary power real-time control strategy is proposed. In the end, the control curve of opening coefficient of the proportional flow valve is established by the data acquisition of pressure difference opening coefficient, and motor input flow.In this paper, the design and construction of intermittent wave energy storage power generation system is completed. And the innovation of the real time control strategy is proposed based on the experimental test. Under the action of the accumulator and the control system the hydraulic energy storage system can generate stable power. The purpose of using wave energy to generate electricity stablely is realized.
