| Diesel engines are widely used in various industries,especially in the field of shipping,because of their powerful power performance,good economy and high thermal efficiency.With the rapid growth of shipping industry and the increasing number of ships,the emission of diesel engine pollutants has also attracted people’s attention.As one of the types of fishing vessels,fishing vessels have a large number of advantages and disadvantages.The exhaust emissions from diesel engines of fishing vessels can not be evaluated directly according to the spectrum of fishing machines because of the diversification of their intake forms.The exhaust emissions of fishing vessels seriously affect the social environment.In order to reduce the emissions of fishing vessels and optimize the development of diesel engines for fishing vessels,we not only need to understand the mechanism of emissions generation,but also need to understand the rules of diesel engine combustion emissions,so as to optimize the control of diesel engine emissions,and predict the exhaust emissions of diesel engines for fishing vessels.This is the key point and research hot point to reduce and control diesel engine emissions,which is of great significance.In this paper,the numerical calculation model of SC33W900CF2 fishing vessel diesel engine is established by AVL FIRE.The combustion emission variation law of fishing vessel diesel engine under different intake parameters is simulated,and the prediction method of fishing vessel diesel engine emission based on atlas technology is put forward through the variation law of combustion emission.The results show that:AVL FIRE software is used to simulate the exhaust emission of fishing vessel diesel engine.The results are in good agreement with the actual operation state,and can meet the actual engineering analysis and application.The change of intake parameters of fishing vessel diesel engine has a great influence on its exhaust emission index: when intake pressure is low,the nitrogen oxide emission of fishing vessel diesel engine can meet the emission standard,but its particulate matter emission can not meet the national standard;when intake pressure is low and low temperature,the nitrogen oxide and particulate matter values of fishing vessel diesel engine are less,which is conducive to control emissions,but can not meet the power transmission.It is difficult for the turbocharged non-intercooler or natural aspirator type to meet the emission standard of country I and country II.The turbocharged inter cooler type is an effective technical way to solve the problem of meeting the discharge standard of fishing vessels.The forecasting atlas technology of fishing vessel diesel engine can be used to judge the exhaust emission of fishing vessel diesel engine,and to measure and forecast the exhaust emission of fishing vessel diesel engine in real time conveniently,which can help to monitor the exhaust emission of fishing vessel. |
