At present,the domestic integrated pipe gallery mainly adopts a concrete structure,which has large rigidity along the longitudinal direction,and the local base is prone to damage when unevenly settled.Therefore,many deformation joints need to be provided.The corrugated steel pipe gallery has the characteristics of two-way opposite sex,and is softer in the longitudinal direction,and has strong adaptability to deformation,and no seam is needed.In order to exert the performance advantages of the above two different material structures,the research group proposed to arrange the concrete pipe gallery and the corrugated steel pipe gallery to form a concrete-corrugated steel series integrated pipe gallery,which belongs to a series hybrid structure.In order to study the performance of this new type of pipe gallery structure,this paper carried out a series of research and analysis using ABAQUS finite element software.Firstly,the finite element model of corrugated steel structure is established for the engineering example and numerical analysis is carried out.The rationality of the finite element model is verified by comparison with the measured values of the engineering and the calculated values of the American AISI specification,and the corrugated steel under the complex load is used for the next step.The basic analysis of the simulation analysis of the integrated pipe corridor structure.Then,the finite element analysis of the corrugated steel pipe gallery without foundation settlement and foundation settlement is carried out.The results show that when the local foundation has no settlement,the stress growth trend of the corrugated steel pipe gallery gradually becomes slower with the increase of the filling height.After a certain height,the stress of the pipe gallery no longer increases,and the yield strength is not reached.This indicates that the structure can bear the external load together with the soil arching effect of the soil;when the local foundation has settlement,the slope of the corrugated steel pipe gallery with the foundation is 1:80.At the same time,the stress of the pipe gallery is increased by about 23%.This is because the corrugated steel pipe gallery is characterized by its two-way anisotropy,and the stress is redistributed with the soil during the foundation settlement process,and the soil arching effect is newly formed to bear the load,indicating that the corrugated steel pipe gallery Good performance can still be achieved under adverse geological conditions.Secondly,the finite element analysis of the concrete pipe gallery without foundation settlement and foundation settlement is carried out.The results show that the maximum compressive stress growth rate of the concrete pipe gallery is gradually reduced with the increase of the filling height when the local foundation has no settlement.After the fill fill reaches a certain height,the stress of the pipe gallery no longer increases,and there is no compression damage.This shows that the concrete pipe gallery can bear the load together with the soil to form the soil arching effect;when the local foundation has settlement,the concrete pipe gallery The bearing capacity is very sensitive to foundation settlement and is prone to compressive damage.This indicates that the concrete pipe gallery cannot re-form the soil arching effect by the self-deformation and the soil during the foundation settlement process.Therefore,the concrete pipe gallery should be avoided as far as possible under adverse geological conditions.Equal rigid members.Finally,the finite element analysis of the mixed structure pipe gallery with no foundation settlement and foundation settlement is carried out.The results show that the stress of the concrete pipe gallery relative to the mixed pipe gallery is improved when the local foundation is not set,and the stress of the corrugated steel pipe gallery is reduced.However,the stress variation is not large,far less than the yield strength of the structure.This shows that the mixed pipe gallery still has good performance under the action of soil load;when the local foundation has settlement,the stress of the concrete pipe gallery relative to the mixed pipe gallery is significantly reduced.The stress of the corrugated steel pipe gallery is increased.This shows that the corrugated steel pipe gallery is used as the connecting member of the concrete pipe gallery.Under the unfavorable geological conditions,the bearing capacity of the mixing pipe gallery can be effectively improved,and the damage caused by the deformation of the foundation can be better adapted.In order to avoid the damage of the pipe gallery caused by the foundation settlement under the unfavorable geological conditions,based on the above research data,the formula for calculating the applicable length of the concrete pipe gallery and the corrugated steel pipe gallery is given.The application of the pipe gallery has certain guiding significance.
