Application Research Of BIM+VR Technology In Green Building Dsdign

After decades of development,China’s green building industry has entered the stage of large-scale promotion,and the rapid development has also brought some problems that can not be ignored,such as: the lack of the concept of the whole life cycle of green building;the phenomenon of overlapping technology in the late stage of green building design and neglecting space optimization in the early stage;the low participation of architects in the process of green building design,mainly by equipment.Engineer-led;the current "Green Building Evaluation Criteria"(GBT50378-2014)seriously lacks attention to the humanization of architecture.BIM and VR,as emerging technologies,have broad application prospects in the construction industry.In the Outline of Informatization Development of Construction Industry 2016-2020 issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction in 2016,BIM technology is clearly put forward as "accelerating the popularization and application of BIM,realizing the technical upgrading of survey and design",ranking BIM technology as the top five information technologies.The characteristics of BIM and VR technology also determine their great application value in the process of green building design.The core content of this paper is to combine the pursuit of "material function" and "spiritual feeling" of architectural space with the contemporary "green demand" through the comprehensive application of BIM and VR technology in the process of green architectural design,and to sort out and summarize the application process of BIM+VR technology in green architectural design.This article mainly through the literature research method,collation induction method,analysis and summary method and example demonstration method.Firstly,combining with the 13 th Five-Year Plan and the current situation of green building development in China,this paper analyses the problems existing in green building design in China.Secondly,it analyses the characteristics and design concepts of green building in the new era,as well as the development and characteristics of BIM and VR technology.On this basis,it discusses the application characteristics of BIM and VR technology in green building design and why they should be applied in green building design.Using BIM+VR technology;Thirdly,the application of BIM+VR technology in green building design is analyzed from four aspects: site design,general layout,architectural shape design and interior space design,and how to open the VR experience to users,and the impact of BIM+VR technology on green building design is summarized;Finally,through the planning and design project of Zhangjiakou University’s new campus,the BIM+VR technology is verified.The feasibility of application of technology in practical engineering.The application of BIM+VR technology has brought four aspects of influence to green architecture design,including design thinking,design process,design tools and design results.It promotes the development of green architecture from the source of architectural design to a healthy direction.In the future green architecture design,the application of BIM and VR technology will be a trend.
