In order to meet the users ' thermal experience and meet the reform needs of the thermal industry,a new heating price strategy is proposed.The basic principle of the heating price formulation strategy model is: the heating price and the heat amounts are the basic variables,establish the utility function of the heating users and the heating enterprises containing these two variables,so that the utility of the thermal company is the best in the optimal utility of the heating users.Under the conditions,the heating price and the heat used in the optimal state are calculated.Among them,the heating price is the standard for the enterprises to set the heating price,and the heat amounts is used as the reference for the users to formulate the heat strategy.The strategy mainly considers two factors: one considers the user's thermal quality requirements.This article will be divided into three situations according to the requirements of different users for the use of thermal quality,respectively for low-quality users,general quality users,high-quality users.This allows users to freely choose the hot mode according to their own hot habits,and also enables the heating company to provide targeted heat service,thereby improving the user's thermal satisfaction;Second,we must consider the users' thermal elasticity in different time periods,and use the thermal elasticity to set the heat price to encourage the users to achieve the demand response,so as to save the heat of the idle space.A higher heat price is allocated to the users in a time period in which the thermal elasticity is higher(that is,the user has a higher probability of idle space),and a lower heat price is allocated to the user with a lower period of thermal elasticity(ie,the user has a lower probability of idle space).The users determine their own heat according to the heat price,the flexibility of the heating price can encourage users to actively reduce the heat used in the idle space,improve the energy utilization efficiency,increase the companys' revenue,and thus promote the smooth implementation of heat metering.The heating price is a core component of the heating mechanism.The formulation of the heating price directly determines whether the heating industry can achieve a virtuous cycle.The factors considered in the heating pricing mechanism should reflect the people-oriented spirit,reflect social benefits and consumer needs,and should be able to provide new ideas for the development of the heating industry,open up new ways for the innovation of business models,and provide the heating market with new kinetic energy.
