Research On The Management Strategy Of H Supervision Company Based On Strategic Map

After decades of development,supervision industry plays an indispensable role in quality control,investment control and schedule control of engineering construction.The intervention of supervisors makes it possible to manage the project construction efficiently,and the supervision system has been widely recognized by the industry.However,in recent years,with the changes of the international and domestic environment,the relevant enterprises in the field of supervision are generally facing the business dilemma of flagging market and weakening profitability.In order to adapt to the development of the industry,the supervision enterprise needs to carry on the strategic management based on the internal and external industry environment,and the management strategy management is particularly important for the enterprise that wants to achieve the leap-forward developmentBased on the existing management strategy of H Supervision Company,this paper puts forward some improvement measures through the analysis of the present situation of its management strategy.Based on the comprehensive use of PEST model,SWOT model and balanced scorecard and other strategic management tools,this paper introduces strategic map to study the business strategy of H company.On the basis of the analysis of the internal and external environment of the H supervision company system,the management strategy of the enterprise is determined,and the strategic theme is determined with the help of the strategic map,and the objectives are decomposed and related through the causality logic relationship among the four dimensions.At the same time,the application of strategic map can decompose the objectives at the company level into each business department,and the objectives of the business departments support the objectives at the corporate level and promote the realization of the overall business strategy theme.This paper studies the management strategy management of H company based on strategic map through the method of case analysis.in order to provide reference for the management strategy management of supervision industry enterprises.
