<Made in China 2025>came into being under the background of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.The automobile production industry benefited from the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and began to develop into a new energy automobile industrial cluster.New energy vehicles are one of the key contents of government annual reports in recent years.This has played an important role in promoting the upgrading of traditional manufacturing industries,benefits from the joint promotion of artificial intelligence,big data's development and new materials and other emerging industrial clusters.Our new energy vehicles gradually formed a set of scientific,complete,powerful industrial chain and expand their visual field to the entire global,overall arrangement globalization strategies and products.Facing new challenges,new markets,enterprises need in research and development,quality,market,Management and other fields review the current situation,conform to the trend,in-depth understanding of the automotive industry development prospects and trends,and speed up the integration of data resources in order to better resist market risks,for the enterprise's global strategy to win the first opportunity.Better serve the development of the national economy.This paper relies on the new energy automobile industry,focusing on the industrial transformation,cross-border integration,win-win cooperation in the new area background,based on the performance management theory as a basis,drawing lessons from domestic and foreign relevant theoretical research,Combined with the advanced strategy-driven management idea of balanced scorecard,the performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard is constructed through the analysis and research of management system such as organization strategy,budget,plan,human resources,etc.Turn strategy into controllable action,build performance evaluation system from index system,department management process and so on,improve enterprise management to achieve excellent performance,and ensure the smooth implementation of strategic planning.In this paper,a balanced scorecard performance evaluation system is constructed by combining the literature investigation method with the case analysis method and taking A Company as the case analysis goal.By decomposing the strategic goal,enterprise vision layer by layer,determining the finance,customer,internal process,learning and growth four dimension modules,decomposing the specific performance evaluation index of each dimension sequentially to construct the enterprise strategy map,the enterprise strategy map is constructed by decomposing the specific performance evaluation index of each dimension in order to construct enterprise strategy map.With the help of expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the index weight,based on the 2017 financial statements published by Company A and the annual reports of related performance departments,the newly constructed balanced scorecard performance evaluation system is used for scoring analysis.To evaluate the performance of enterprise A in FY 2017 in four dimensions separately,to help A enterprise examine the benefits of the implementation of the existing organizational strategy decision-making,and then optimize the management model,and clarify the adjustment direction among the hierarchical performance indicators.On the basis of the existing business,improve the quality of decision-making,optimize the profit structure,and finally realize the maximization of enterprise value.
