Research On Integrated Control Strategy Of SUV Chassis Based On Vehicle Stability Control Theory

With the development of science and technology and people's living standard,automobile as an important means of transportation plays an irreplaceable role in our life.Due to the traditional automobile chassis each electronic control system is to achieve a single main control functions,and between the various chassis control system exist in the process of the practical work of mutual contact and mutual coupling relations.The integrated control technology of automobile chassis can improve the comprehensive performance of automobile chassis control more effectively.In order to improve the safety and stability of vehicles,this paper mainly conducts related integrated control research on ABS and AFS on SUV.Firstly,two degree of freedom and seven degree of freedom vehicle dynamics mathematical model and Matlab/Simulink model are established,and the built vehicle model is verified by the control stability test of the vehicle.Secondly,through analyzing and selecting the control strategies of AFS and ABS,according to the corresponding control strategies,Matlab/Simulink controller model of active front wheel steering system AFS and anti-lock braking system ABS are designed.Finally,the chassis integrated control Matlab/Simulink controller model of the active front wheel steering system AFS and the anti-lock braking system ABS is established by adopting a layered integrated control scheme,and simulation tests are conducted for special conditions.Under two special conditions,the control effect of a single system is compared with the control effect of integrated control to verify the superiority of integrated control.Through the simulation and analysis of the vehicle chassis integration control,it is determined that the vehicle chassis integration control can make the vehicle obtain better handling stability.
